no fridge. a bit far from the station but ok for me. looks clean... staff service and gym were awesome. pool needs a haircappy (available for 10rmb)

the place is good, they don't disturb easy check in. The location is good at mudayuan subway station you can have everything you need around.

酒店樓下就有護國寺小吃，可惜春節期間不營業沒吃上。 房間很乾凈整潔，白天出去旅遊回來，都能看到填上的礦泉水，清空的垃圾桶，和鋪好的床被子，回來也收穫了乾淨整潔的房間，有一個好心情。 我連續住了3天，很滿意，最後一天可以在酒店大廳寄存行李再出去玩。 過年期間買不到抽紙，求助前台，前台送了半包解決了我的燃眉之急，非常感謝。

酒店的交通和環境非常棒，在旅行中，最令人期待的莫過於入住一家能讓人身心放鬆的酒店。而這次入住 國二招，它那獨特的“無痕式服務”理念，讓我從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了一種與眾不同的舒適與自在。 大堂迎賓：恰到好處的問候 剛走進大堂，温暖的燈光和柔和的音樂就營造出一種温馨的氛圍。迎賓人員站在合適的位置，面帶微笑，目光温和地注視着每一位客人。當他們看到我時，並沒有急着迎上來，而是微微點頭示意，這種恰到好處的問候，讓我感覺到了尊重，沒有絲毫的壓迫感。我拖着行李箱緩緩走向前台，迎賓人員才輕聲上前，幫我接過行李，動作輕柔而熟練，彷彿生怕打擾到我沉浸在旅途中的思緒。他們沒有過多的寒暄，只是簡單地詢問是否需要幫忙，這種無聲的關懷，讓我瞬間放鬆下來，旅途的疲憊也在這一刻得到了緩解。 辦理入住：高效又安靜的流程 辦理入住的過程更是讓我驚喜。前台的工作人員動作迅速而專業，他們沒有過多的推銷和繁瑣的手續，只是簡單地核對訊息，然後遞給我房卡和一份簡潔明瞭的入住須知。整個過程安靜而高效，沒有嘈雜的背景音樂，沒有推銷人員的輪番轟炸，只有工作人員輕聲細語的問候和清晰的指引。我甚至沒有察覺到周圍還有其他客人在等待，彷彿整個前台區域就是為我一個人服務的。這種靜謐的氛圍，讓我能夠快速地整理思緒，投入到即將開始的休息時光中。 客房服務：無聲的貼心關懷 入住客房後，我更是深刻體會到了“無痕式服務”的精髓。房間裏的一切都井井有條，從整潔的床鋪到擺放整齊的洗漱用品，每一處細節都透露出酒店的用心。然而，最讓我印象深刻的是客房服務人員的無聲關懷。 魏婉宜，趙志峯，周巧峯等幾位小夥伴沒有頻繁地敲門詢問是否需要打掃房間，一切都是那麼安靜。直到我主動聯繫酒店要求送水，服務人員才輕輕敲門，聲音輕得幾乎聽不見，但又足夠讓我察覺。當我打開門時，他們已經微笑着站在門口，手裡拿着水，然後輕聲説一句“祝您入住愉快”，便悄然離開。這種無聲的服務，讓我在享受酒店設施的同時，又不會被任何不必要的打擾所困擾。 在國二招的這段入住經歷，讓我真正感受到了“無痕式服務”的魅力。它不是簡單的冷漠，而是一種對客人尊重和理解的體現。在這裏，我可以盡情地放鬆身心，享受一段屬於自己的寧靜時光。如果你也渴望在旅行中擁有這樣一段不被打擾的體驗，那麼國二招絕對是你不二的選擇。

- location is quite good. ~7 mins walk from the metro station. many restaurants along the street. right down below the hotel there is a 24/7 convenience store. - room is very spacious and the bunkbeds are comfortable. there are also lockers in the room for each guest. - the shower and washrooms are separated and both located in the room. not sure if this is a pro or con because that means you can hear people showering, flushing the toilets.  - there is also a common area in the basement that all guests in the hotel can use. however the TV doesn't work and the set up isn't really for you to socialise with others.  

Best choice, very kindly service. We were 3 people and one child. They could change my booked for us by big room, without any extra. Always helped us. Thank you all.

The staffs are very helpful and there are water refilling station, coffee machine, teas, candies/snacks available in the lobby. There is a free shadow puppet show every tues, thurs and sat and the show is amazing! After the show, the master will show the audience how the puppets are being made and how they are moving. The bedroom is average. There are insects on my side of the bed. Not sure if it is because it is near the window. I'm also a light sleeper so the noise proofing is not really good as I can hear the children playing in the hallway so better have earplugs to block the noise. Location was a little hard as it is in a hutong and there are no food stores nearby when you walk out of the hotel. The nearest train station is maybe 10 to 15 mins by foot. Since the hotel is in a hutong, the streets are really narrow only allowing one lane of car to pass by as the other lane is occupied by parked cars. It was hard to take taxi.

Check in time stated as 2pm. I reached the hotel around 3pm, got informed that the room wasn't ready due to the previous customer (their member with platinum level) , who has the right to check out late. Despite the hotel was fully booked that day. I was asked to wait another hour (4pm) before I can get to check into the room. This hotel policy just doesn't make sense. Apart from this awful experience. The hotel is at a good location (less than 5mins walk to the guloudajie subway), room was comfortable, clean and equipped with the AI voice/smart control. A supermarket nearby and few eatery places (include MCD) too. Great customer service especially the staff (male) who assisted my booking on 10 Nov 2024 3pm (forgot to get his name) . He has an excellent attitude, attentive to the issue and provided a reasonable compensation (room upgrade & 2hrs delayed check out) . I understand that he might have no control to change the hotel policy, but truly appreciate that he did not just brush it off and offered a better solution. There was no remarks made for my late check out time tho, even I have confirmed via wechat the day before. I received a call around 11:45pm from a female staff who asked if I am going to check out soon. I was asking isn't my check out time is extended to 2pm, her response was not pleasent, until I told her that I had confirmed via wechat yesterday. Then she apologised and said will made a remarks.

We came from Beijing airport by taxi to the hotel. The entrance to Lemeng hotel is situated behind Manxin mansion drum tower. So if you are coming by taxi to the hotel, don't miss the side entrance in the first image. We selected the courtyard comfy room. The bed was comfortable, cozy and the hotel was near line 8 metro which was convenient for exploring the city.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The centralised aircon system can be further improved (stuffy at times). Easy access to public transport and convenient store.
