We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The entire environment is beautiful, calm, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and perfectly prepared. The staff truly exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly polite, caring, and attentive to every detail. Their warm attitude and impeccable professionalism made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. We are deeply impressed by the high level of service and the overall quality this hotel provides. We are extremely satisfied and can confidently say that this hotel is truly outstanding. We highly recommend it to everyone — it’s a place where comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly. The hotel’s SPA center deserves special praise. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, and the service is simply exceptional. The therapists are extremely professional, attentive, and skilled — every treatment felt carefully tailored to our needs. Service was exceptionally excellent. The front office staff were extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the hotspring. The food was great. I am looking forward to my second trip back to the hotel. One night was not enough.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The property is huge, with so many play areas for kids—which we loved the most. Our room wasn’t very big, but it had everything a small family needs, and most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came every day to clean the bathroom and refill drinks, snacks, and other amenities free of charge. We were truly impressed by how generous this hotel is. Above all, what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality. A staff member named 李世龙 took care of us throughout our 7-day stay. He went above and beyond in every possible way—bringing us snacks from time to time, baby-proofing our bed (something we hadn’t even thought about), and helping us call taxis. On one occasion, when our credit card didn’t work, he even paid digitally on our behalf. His thoughtfulness and kindness made a huge difference to our stay. As guests from Europe, the only small downside for us was that the hotel is very large, and it took some time to get familiar with the layout and understand how things work, especially regarding the dining areas. However, 李世龙 and the rest of the staff were always incredibly kind and patient, guiding us whenever we needed help. Even though it was the cold season in Beijing, our stay at this hotel gave us so many beautiful memories and truly warmed our hearts. Thank you so much for everything—we sincerely look forward to staying here again someday.

Our stay at the Royal Hot Springs Boutique Hotel offered a truly memorable highlight: an absolutely massive and spotlessly clean room where we could soak in the private onsen tub while gazing at the Great Wall—a breathtaking experience. The included breakfast and sukiyaki dinner were good quality. However, the service from most staff members felt consistently passive and detached. At our first breakfast, no one informed us that beverages and the buffet sides were included; we had to ask. This pattern continued at our pre-booked sukiyaki dinner, where the host seemed to disengage upon realizing we were package guests. The check-in process was similarly lackluster, with no effort to explain hotel amenities or local attractions. While the core offering is exceptional, the service attitude significantly dimmed the experience, making it feel transactional rather than welcoming.

Commune by the Great Wall berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus hanya kira-kira 30 minit dari bahagian Badaling di Great Wall. Kakitangan di sini sangat membantu, terutamanya bagi seseorang yang tidak banyak berbahasa Cina. Kawasan ini agak jauh dari mana-mana perkhidmatan atau restoran lain, jadi melainkan anda mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri, kebanyakannya anda akan makan di hotel. Nasib baik, makanannya benar-benar lazat dan disediakan dengan sangat baik di restoran yang ditawarkan oleh hotel. Ia juga berada di kawasan semula jadi yang indah dengan banyak kawasan hutan yang bagus untuk diterokai betul-betul di luar bilik hotel anda. Yang sangat membantu dan membantu saya mendapatkan tiket dan teksi ke Tembok Besar Badaling.

Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was very big. The campus that the hotel was on was very quiet. It seemed like construction may have been started on the other buildings, but was never finished?

設施：設施很新，健身房也不錯 衞生：衞生其實我不太滿意，入住後發現床單上有血漬，然後就趕緊聯繫前台給處理 服務：服務分幾個方面來説吧，接待辦理入住、早飯就餐這些都沒問題，很好的服務水平，但是我讓前台聯繫保潔幫忙更換有血跡的被子這件事我很不滿意，第一次來了一個保潔阿姨，來了沒有説任何覺得抱歉的話，直接就解釋我們這種情況幾乎不可能出現，這句話本身就有問題，什麼叫幾乎？我其實沒再計較這些了，給換了就行了我也不想難為誰。然後保潔把臟被子拿走了，那時候都22點左右了，我在房間等了將近30分鐘，還沒把新被子拿回來，我覺得效率實在是太低了，也又再一次聯繫了前台，我一直等着沒敢去前台拿外賣，後來我想着趕緊去一趟前台，我離開了5分鐘去前台拿外賣，恰好就這幾分鐘保潔敲門沒人開門就直接刷卡進了房間，真的太不專業了，該着急時候不着急，不該着急瞎着急，我回去之後看着兩個保潔阿姨都挺不容易的，我多一句話都沒説，我想説的是酒店管理問題，多做培訓吧，保潔阿姨不容易，一定是部門培訓不到位才會出現這種情況。 總體來説，我肯定是推薦的，早餐也還可以，停車也是免費，但是細節衞生的事情一定多把控

My stay was wonderful to say the least! The calming environment was soothing after a long day. All the staff members (especially Stephanie and Bruce) were kind and attentive at all times! I would highly recommend staying at the hotel, to anyone who wants to make use of the great facilities there are to offer or just relax in one of the beautiful serene rooms.

這次帶家裡毛孩子入住九洲星球·樂園酒店，體驗直接超出預期，必須認真誇一誇！ 酒店整體環境氛圍感拉滿，乾淨整潔無異味，公共區域開闊明亮，綠植與景觀佈置精緻，客房空間寬敞舒適，採光通風都很好，軟裝温馨有質感，走在園區裏輕鬆愜意，氛圍感十足，拍照打卡也特別出片，完全不擁擠嘈雜，度假放鬆超合適。 最驚喜的是酒店的研學配套，體驗了扎染手工，十分新奇。 重點表揚酒店寵物友好服務！對毛孩子格外包容貼心，允許寵物隨行入住，沒有苛刻限制，園區內有適合寵物散步的區域，工作人員態度友善，不會區別對待，帶寵物出行不用分開住宿、不用寄養，全程輕鬆自在，真正做到了全家一起度假。

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was beautiful and tasty. Laoban was super friendly and did everything to accomodate us. He really made us feel welcome and granted us every wish. We used the hot (very hot) spring. The entrance to the great wall is just across the street. The restaurant is just next door and open most of the time. I defenetely recommend this hotel. What a pitty that we only planned to stay one night here. We were sad to say goodbye. (I also took a picture of the room with private courtyard. This was not our room. But we want to book one next time.)
