We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The entire environment is beautiful, calm, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and perfectly prepared. The staff truly exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly polite, caring, and attentive to every detail. Their warm attitude and impeccable professionalism made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. We are deeply impressed by the high level of service and the overall quality this hotel provides. We are extremely satisfied and can confidently say that this hotel is truly outstanding. We highly recommend it to everyone — it’s a place where comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly. The hotel’s SPA center deserves special praise. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, and the service is simply exceptional. The therapists are extremely professional, attentive, and skilled — every treatment felt carefully tailored to our needs. We were truly impressed by the quality of the procedures and the warm, respectful attitude of the staff. Their care, precision, and professionalism made the experience unforgettable. Every moment in the SPA felt deeply relaxing, refreshing, and thoroughly enjoyable. We are very, very satisfied and genuinely amazed by the level of service provided here. This SPA center is a true gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, luxurious wellness experience.

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The property is huge, with so many play areas for kids—which we loved the most. Our room wasn’t very big, but it had everything a small family needs, and most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came every day to clean the bathroom and refill drinks, snacks, and other amenities free of charge. We were truly impressed by how generous this hotel is. Above all, what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality. A staff member named 李世龙 took care of us throughout our 7-day stay. He went above and beyond in every possible way—bringing us snacks from time to time, baby-proofing our bed (something we hadn’t even thought about), and helping us call taxis. On one occasion, when our credit card didn’t work, he even paid digitally on our behalf. His thoughtfulness and kindness made a huge difference to our stay. As guests from Europe, the only small downside for us was that the hotel is very large, and it took some time to get familiar with the layout and understand how things work, especially regarding the dining areas. However, 李世龙 and the rest of the staff were always incredibly kind and patient, guiding us whenever we needed help. Even though it was the cold season in Beijing, our stay at this hotel gave us so many beautiful memories and truly warmed our hearts. Thank you so much for everything—we sincerely look forward to staying here again someday.

Highly recommend this property, where language is a barrier this place made me feel easy and comfortable. esp Olivier at the reception, she was really helpful, love her positive approach and always smiling face. she was awesome. thank you Olivier and Hyatt for a wonderful stay.

Hotel room was great with ample space even for 3.Directly Connected to the hot spring which we can enjoy all day. Hence, you don't have to worry about cold weather. This hotel is near Daxing airport. Cost around 50 to 60 RMB by Didi app. Hotel breakfast has good selections, esp. The 煎饼 is nice. I also like the Chinese 小菜。Service is excellent , esp the waitress 杨丽彤 wo served our table. Good hotel choice for those who want to stay near airport but away from the buzzling city

I only booked this hotel because I had a bike race on the Sunday morning. It’s location is incredibly convenient, and it’s great they allow you to take your bike in to the room :) The room had a bathtub and a separate shower, which is always great, though the water wasn’t hot enough for my liking. Included within the room rate was a noodle buffet, though that in all honesty was very limited and had minimal taste, though you can’t look a gift horse in the mouth. My friend and I were considering the hot spring after the bike race but I was simply too exhausted, and it was full of kids, and didn’t consider it a relaxing prospect. I therefore cannot comment on its quality. The location of the hotel, while only 100 yards from the park itself, please expect a 2.5km walk to the nearest shop/restaurant/convenience store. The lobby has a small cafe/bar that sells a couple of pastries, a limited selection of beer and wine. They do have spirits behind the bar but they look seldom purchased. Although their prices very reasonable, it is not manned so you’ll have to get try to get the attention of a member of staff, which was a slow process. Our stay at the Royal Hot Springs Boutique Hotel offered a truly memorable highlight: an absolutely massive and spotlessly clean room where we could soak in the private onsen tub while gazing at the Great Wall—a breathtaking experience. The included breakfast and sukiyaki dinner were good quality. However, the service from most staff members felt consistently passive and detached. At our first breakfast, no one informed us that beverages and the buffet sides were included; we had to ask. This pattern continued at our pre-booked sukiyaki dinner, where the host seemed to disengage upon realizing we were package guests. The check-in process was similarly lackluster, with no effort to explain hotel amenities or local attractions. While the core offering is exceptional, the service attitude significantly dimmed the experience, making it feel transactional rather than welcoming.

Satisfied by the overall room condition. Clean and quiet. Friendly housekeeping staff. However, The queue and processing time for check-in are below satisfactory, we arrived after 5pm to avoid high flow period and still was in queue for more than 40 minutes, with only 4 other guests in front. Our booking included free in-room snacks, which were not provided in the room and we had to take initiative to contact trip.com's agent, who then (very efficiently) assisted to contact the hotel staff to arrange these snacks to be delivered to our room. Needed to say, if we hadn't done so, such service would not have been fulfilled from the hotel side. We acquired separate tickets for the hot spring facility located inside the hotel. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pools but the water lacked hygiene in some smaller pools, we encountered two cigarette butts disposed on the floor and individuals smoking nearby the outdoor pools which is definitely not kid friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was beautiful and tasty. Laoban was super friendly and did everything to accomodate us. He really made us feel welcome and granted us every wish. We used the hot (very hot) spring. The entrance to the great wall is just across the street. The restaurant is just next door and open most of the time. I defenetely recommend this hotel. What a pitty that we only planned to stay one night here. We were sad to say goodbye. (I also took a picture of the room with private courtyard. This was not our room. But we want to book one next time.)
