Highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping district and subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. There's even a museum inside the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, answering all my questions and even delivering my takeout order to my room. Definitely a five-star experience!

Facilities: Well-equipped and complete. Cleanliness: Spotless, clean, and comfortable. Environment: Excellent, high-class. Service: The service, in particular, is outstanding! The staff are incredibly professional and enthusiastic ❤️ They promptly resolve any issues! Their attitude is exceptional! I've stayed here multiple times! It's always my first choice when I come to Beijing.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were all very helpful. Guests' children can also enjoy free access to a large playground. If I need a place to stay in the Chaoyang area again, I would definitely choose this hotel. Five stars! 😊

The hotel room was great, with the air conditioning at a comfortable temperature, and the room was very clean. I especially appreciated the fruit and drinks provided. The entire hotel is also like a museum, filled with many artifacts. It's a shame my time was rushed, so I couldn't fully appreciate them. It's a highly recommended hotel.

The location is super convenient, really close to Chaoyang Joy City, and there are tons of restaurants around – you can get pretty much any kind of takeout. Most importantly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bedding had just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The service was also very thoughtful; they even brought us fruit and peanut milk, which was much appreciated!

This hotel has been a local fixture for quite some time. While I used to frequent its spa facilities, this was my first time actually booking a room and staying overnight. The VIP building boasts very new and immaculately clean facilities. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff who assisted me; they offered a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe King room in the VIP building, which was significantly more spacious and truly wonderful. They also kindly arranged a late check-out for me until 2 PM. The service was exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable service and meticulous attention to detail. The lobby showcases exhibits like Buddha statues and traditional imperial attire. A particularly charming and clever touch is the room key card, which is designed to resemble an imperial golden token, embodying a truly unique hotel culture.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. A major plus is that the single beds in the twin rooms are a generous 1.4 meters wide each. You can also request buckwheat pillows from the front desk. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring Peking duck! Most importantly, the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

We traveled as a family of three and specifically chose this hotel because we needed to catch a high-speed train home from Beijing Chaoyang Station the following day. It was a perfect decision; we reached Chaoyang Station in just 5 minutes, even during morning rush hour, with no traffic! Despite being on a main street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room was incredibly spacious. Upon check-in, we received complimentary fruit and yogurt, and they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. A big bonus is the kids' play area, making it an excellent choice for families with children. They even gave our child a plush toy at check-in! Highly recommended!

Their kids' play area is quite spacious, offering plenty of activities that can keep even older children entertained for an entire afternoon. The rooms and facilities were also quite clean, and the toothbrushes provided were surprisingly soft. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring many delicious and authentic Beijing-style dishes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is the second time in Beijing and our second time returning to Palace international hotel. Everything is beautiful and relaxing and the staff are super helpful for your travels. Hope to come again when we are back!
