This hotel is really very convenient in every way. From cleanliness to amenities to service it was really great. The staff even use translation apps for foreign guests. They go above and beyond to help out the guest, from changing rooms upon request to actually assisting in taking you where you want to go if you don’t know the place. Very good hotel slept well. If I come again I will stay here again

Very clean hotel, so smart room.
Staff is really helpful and kind but they don't speak English.
Breakfast is a bit poor, I think it is made for Chinese only.

Professional service, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room has been upgraded, the bedding is very comfortable, everything else is great, and there are many breakfast options to choose from. I will come here again next time.

Excellent hotel and in a extremely convenient location, near to the Beijing West train station within walking distance. The breakfast don't have coffee, eggs or western plates, but it's ok.
