Kami memilih sebuah hotel di tengah-tengah, sedekat mungkin dengan Dataran Tiananmen dan Kota Larangan. Kami bercadang untuk tinggal di Beijing selama 3 malam 4 hari. Lokasi. Dataran itu terletak 1 stesen metro dari laluan burgundy (laluan 1) dan dengan 1 pertukaran jika anda turun di laluan biru (laluan 4). Hotel ini boleh dikatakan dari pintu ke pintu dengan pusat membeli-belah Joy City dan 2-3 pusat membeli-belah besar yang lain. Secara amnya, anda boleh membeli-belah sepuas hati anda dengan banyak wang, walaupun terdapat barangan berkualiti dan jenama pada tahap yang berbeza. Terdapat banyak kafe di dalam pusat membeli-belah ini, + di sepanjang jalan terdapat restoran untuk setiap bajet. Anda pasti tidak akan kelaparan. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk sampai ke hotel dengan teksi dari lapangan terbang Capital PEK. Dari hotel juga hampir sejam dari Lapangan Terbang Daxin. Perkhidmatan. Semuanya rumit di sini. Memandangkan hotel ini meletakkan dirinya di Trip.com sebagai 5* dan kos setiap malam hampir sama seperti di Hilton, adalah mengejutkan bahawa terdapat hampir kekurangan pengetahuan bahasa Inggeris di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Tetapi ini tidak begitu buruk, kerana ternyata, hotel tidak menerima pembayaran dengan kad VISA dan MASTERCARD (bukan dari bank Rusia). Hanya kad Union Pay (termasuk bank Rusia, mereka menerimanya daripada Primsotsbank). Kami tiba lebih awal daripada waktu rasmi untuk daftar masuk. By the way, sekarang pukul 14:00. Kami tiba pada pukul 12:30. Bilik-bilik tidak siap. Tetapi mereka mula memprosesnya. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sejam untuk bersiap. Kami telah menempah 4 bilik. 3 daripada mereka menempah satu tempahan, 1 yang berasingan. Akhirnya, semuanya bercampur aduk untuk kami. Kami cuba untuk masa yang lama untuk mengetahui, melalui penterjemah Rusia-Cina pada telefon di seluruh dunia, di mana nombornya adalah (kerana dua diperlukan untuk bujang, dua untuk pasangan), tetapi kami hanya diberi 4 pasang kad kunci. Bertolak ke Rusia pada 01:55 pagi. Tetapi ternyata daftar keluar lewat bukanlah pada pukul 12:00 (seperti kebiasaannya), tetapi pada pukul 14:00. Jika anda bercadang untuk mendaftar keluar kemudian, peraturan berikut dikenakan: daftar keluar sebelum jam 18:00 anda akan dikenakan bayaran tambahan sebanyak 50% daripada kos hari itu, selepas jam 18:00 pembayaran penuh untuk hari tersebut. Adakah anda fikir mereka akan memberitahu anda tentang perkara ini? Trip.com tidak melaporkan perkara ini, begitu juga hotel, jika anda cuba mengetahuinya terlebih dahulu. Anda akan mengetahui sama ada apabila anda mendaftar keluar, atau jika anda bertanya soalan secara langsung. Kami tahu kerana kami bertanya. Satu lagi kejutan ialah Wi-Fi. Terdapat satu kata laluan dan log masuk untuk semua bilik, yang mereka tahu di kaunter penyambut tetamu, tetapi mereka tidak akan memberitahu anda apabila anda mendaftar masuk (semata-mata kerana mereka tidak tahu bahasa Inggeris, sukar untuk mendaftarkan anda dan menjawab soalan lain). Saya marah kerana saya menunggu lebih lama daripada waktu daftar masuk rasmi dan jika ia begitu bersepah, tukarlah nombor. Mereka memberi saya nombor lain. Untuk meringkaskan, hotel itu sendiri tidak buruk. Tetapi ia tidak bernilai wang untuk sehari dan penilaian di tripcom. Kesukaran komunikasi akan menyebabkan kekeliruan dan kesakitan. Walaupun pada hakikatnya kakitangan cuba membantu, tetapi secara jujur, mereka tidak tahu bagaimana, kerana mereka tidak faham. Jika tidak, semuanya agak normal di sana. Bilik-bilik bersih, terang, dibersihkan setiap hari, terdapat jubah mandi, selipar, peti keselamatan, dan bekalan teh. Sarapan pagi sangat lazat dan pelbagai; dari 6:30 hingga 10:00. Terdapat gim dan kolam renang (tempat kanak-kanak berenang, jadi dari makan tengah hari ia penuh dengan kanak-kanak dan ibu bapa mereka di ruang menunggu di belakang kaca). Restoran di tingkat 8. Terdapat menu yang sangat besar, tetapi dalam bahasa Cina dan terdapat menu yang terhad dalam bahasa Inggeris.

The hotel has everything you need as a solo traveller. The staff are young, full of energy and can speak English. They provide free laundry service and daily supper between 10PM - 11PM. I stayed for 6 nights and my room is cleaned daily without fail. Even though the room is small, the bed is soft, amenities are new and allowed me to have good night sleep everyday. The hotel is situated near the metro and located to many local attractions. Even taxi prices are reasonable to get around the city if walking is too much for that day. The hotel also uses robots to deliver food delivery (MeiTuan). Highly recommended for the convenience. As it is winter now, travelers can consider switching off the heater in the room or open the window if you’re feeling the heat.

My recent stay at the Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Location, Location, Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated just steps away from Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the bustling Wangfujing shopping street, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's iconic landmarks and vibrant culture. The convenient access to the metro station also made it easy to venture further afield. Comfort and Convenience: My room was a haven of comfort and style. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked tea and coffee station. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I must specifically commend their honesty and efficiency. After I accidentally left a necklace in my room, they promptly contacted me and arranged for its safe return. This act of kindness truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond Expectations: The Manxin Hotel Wangfujing exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort, traditional charm, and outstanding service. Whether you're visiting Beijing for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The room we rented was unexpectedly spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, pantry, 2 baths and 3 toilets. Beds are comfortable and they changed towels everyday. They also provide a lot of tissue in the rooms which is a big plus when travelling in China, as tissue seems to be quite a rarity. Although there is a small pantry for usage, but they do not provide any cutleries or plates. We had to request for some at the reception. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here if I visit Beijing again. However, there is one confusion though, although we booked under Bai Fu Yi hotel, but the room is not a hotel it is actually situation adjacent to a service apartment name D Rita apartments. Hence, after check in we couldn't take the lift at the hotel even though we tried to swipe our key card at the elevator. So, we went back to reception and the staff brought us to another building which is connected with the hotel to take the lift there and it is the D Rita apartment lift. It would be nice if the website clarify this during booking as to set the right expectations. Luckily, the service apartment room turned out to be great and we really enjoyed the stay.

I was surprised that a 3-star hotel could provide me with a 4-star hotel service. The receptionist was friendly, and she allowed me and my family to check in early before 12 p.m. since there was an available room for us. Once I stepped into the room, its space and view were beyond my expectations. The toilet space is spacious as well. The Hotel Cleaner Auntie cleaned and tidied up our room daily. Importantly, this hotel is near WFJ Business Street and Subway Station. In short, I will recommend the traveller to stay in this hotel for mid-tier budget travelling.

Bathroom is huge but the bathtub has a big stain so I wonder which guests would use. If you want to stay in this hotel, it’s because it’s near the museum and forbidden palace. Staff is not exactly friendly and approachable. I had the worst experience dealing with check in with one of the hotel staff. Not sure if Beijing hotel staff is unfriendly but I don’t experience such poor attitude from other cities like Shanghai and Suzhou. Terrible experience.

Hotel is in a great location, just off the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The entrance is very tricky and the lobby shares the building entrance with a courier company. The hotel floors are on the 5th and 6th floors of a mixed use building. The lifts are smelly and stuffy, as the building cleaners use the same lifts to haul out huge stinky bags of garbage. The hotel floors are decent enough. The beds are comfortable and towels plush. However, housekeeping should do a better job of removing grout around bathroom fixtures and the room had an odd smell on our first night. Our room had a faulty shower. Even after the plumber fixed it, we weren’t able to have hot enough water but we just made do with it. Service at the front desk varies. Some are good while others not so. The only male front desk receptionist we encountered made extra efforts to ensure our hot water was functioning again by dropping by twice to follow up and even drying our wet floor himself.

I’ve booked an apartment with double bed room. It is huge and the size is like a 2 bedroom apartment. We’ve also got a rollaway bed inside the bedroom. The bathroom is equivalent to a bedroom size too! In addition, the staff are very responsive and efficient. Grand Hyatt has become my next to go hotel in the future.

The check in area was a little small but was a breeze and the staff made quick work of it. I really enjoyed my room. However, the room is a bit dim, when I needed the extra light. Location wise, its quite near the subway station. Also, you are near multiple Shopping centers and many food areas. You do not have to worry about being hungry/thirsty around this area.

Nice to find a hotel that offers family room for 4 in a single room - I guess in China it’s still rare for there to be more than 1 child in a family! The room was a good size with a very comfortable super king bed that fits 3 persons and an additional single bed. Bathroom was big with bath and separate rain shower. Bar was closed (for good??). Annoying as we had family who came to visit and wanted to have a drink together that isn’t just wine. At least offer some beer in your restaurant if the bar is closed. Breakfast was vast, lots of choice. But for the price I would expect better包子 and 油条. Felt like they came from a packet, not freshly made. I can get so much better on a street cart for less than £1, so very disappointing that a five star hotel cannot make decent Chinese staples. I would say the 豆腐脑, and 葱花饼 was lovely, and I stuck with this for the duration of the stay.
