Ini adalah hotel ekspres di bawah panji-panji rumah percutian. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan sangat baik dan ia adalah standard bintang. Banyak hotel di Eropah adalah sangat lama, tetapi hotel ini agak moden.

Great location, small but clean room, friendly and helpful staff. I like the mattress, the best I had in UK! Room is small and doesn’t have kettle, but you can always have free hot water and coffee in the lobby which is so considerate!

Great location. Room was clean and spacious enough Many historical buildings, pubs etc. Parking was really close and you get a discount. No ice available until the bar opens, which ******. Loved Belfast. I would stay again and get ice the night before.

Great staff and nice room for the price, but it was very hot in our room and we didn’t get much sleep because of some guy next door using an angle grinder all morning. No AC so we couldn’t close the window so that was annoying.

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved.
As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience.
In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Friendly staff, stylish and quirky decorations, spacious room, comfortable beds, and toiletries smell amazing, what’s not to like? Shame we only stayed for one night, will definitely come back if we visit Belfast again.

Hard to believe it belongs to Marriott, the service is really not good, stayed two days and found that they do not change the sheets at all, the location is fine, gym is good. But there are better options for the same price.

SSalvaThe hotel and (most) staff were amazing. My wife and I went for an overnight to visit the city. We have been using Trip.com for our travel needs since 2017 and have never had any issues. We pre-booked and paid for our stay in advanced. Upon arrival we were told that our card had been declined and that we needed to pay again. I tried to explain that that was not the case, but the receptionist insisted so I figured I had made a mistake and went ahead a paid (a second time) for our room. During our stay I double checked our accounts and again confirmed that all had been pre-paid in advanced so upon check out I again brought up the issue and was again told that I was in the wrong. It wasn't until a few days later that I called in again and got the issue corrected and my second and unnecessary charge was refunded. We forgive the mistake but the dismissive nature of the staff when we were trying to explain our situation was completely unprofessional and what you would expect from an establishment of this calibre.
PPengguna TetamuStayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.
YYoungPaulCouldn't fault this hotel. Absolutely brilliant, great central location and 2 mins from the train. Staff where great, room was spotlessly clean. Perfect night away.
PPengguna TetamuWe arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor.
I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up!
Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really.
The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.
PPengguna TetamuCentral location in Belfast directly opposite the Titanic experience - so fab location.
Food was OK but unexciting and did not show case Belfast/Northern Ireland local produce which I have been told is brilliant. The ”Food Miles” were not shown on menus so I had no idea which dish used local ingredients.
Overall, I felt the hotel was quiet expensive even with the trip.com discounts.
JjamesHotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.
TTippyToesStayed at Hampton for 3 days and overall was a good experience. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.
Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash was available.
The hotel is very conveniently located in which you could walk 2 minutes round the back to the Europa bus station. Everything and everywhere were very accessible with lots of restaurants and bars towards Queen’s University.
Breakfast was reasonable in which you had a good amount of choice but unlike some hotels where there would be greater selection but for me it was sufficient. I did however witness some very unpleasant antics from some people staying at the hotel in which they seem to have no hygiene standards with the food.
Overall it was a good experience at the hotel and Belfast was a fantastic city to visit. The city exceeded my expectations as it was very clean and friendly with a extremely chilled atmosphere.
PPengguna TetamuThe welcome we received was great.. Staff are so friendly and helpful.. Dinner was lovely and breakfast just hit the spot... We definitely will say again and will be telling my friends and family about the ramada.. Hope to stay again soon.. Thank you ramada and staff
PPengguna TetamuHad a wonderful stay here, arrived early morning before check in so left our bags in a secure room, came back just after 3 and self checked in on a pad on the wall which was really easy, went through door and a fridge with free beer! We were on top floor (59 steps we counted 🤣) the place looked like it had recently been refurbished as the carpets looked new. Room was huge with a big king size bed and what felt quite luxurious bedding which had to be one of the comfiest beds I have had and best nights sleep in a hotel. Tea, coffee making, big flat screen TV, ironing board, iron, hairdryer… Bathroom again was huge with a large walk in shower with a rain head as well, whole place was spotless. They weren’t offering breakfast but a great cafe Mama Mays right opposite that did a fantastic breakfast for £8. Only a few minutes walk to city centre but enough bars on the way if you need to rehydrate on the way. Hugely recommended we will definitely be back.
PPengguna TetamuApartments were lovely but will never ever go again checked out 7 days ago still haven’t gotten my deposit back, I was not told about the deposit until I was checking in, I was told it was a preauthorisation and would get it a few days after I checked out upon checking out I was told it would be 2 weeks (by a different person) 7 days later no refund it’s January and bills have to be paid so I am not happy! I was also told I had to pay for parking upon check in again nothing on the website about this. A disgrace trying to get money out of people after they have already paid for their trip. Might I also add I emailed regarding the deposit 4 days ago And no one in dream apartments bothered to reply to my email I understand in retail it’s busy but 4 days later no reply what a joke I will never recommend this place to stay ever to anyone
