Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

We nice ambience when we entered and had hand sanitizer sations available through out the hotel. Greeted by very friendly and courteous staff, thanks Madelina and Rubelha for all you help. Room was very nice and clean. Room service staff was great, thanks Rachel and Michelle. Housekeeping staff was fast and courteous. Food was great, loved the home made Titanic ice cream sundae and their other deserts.

Very clean and nice hotel. We would love to stay again. definitely a good choice. Breakfast and other food was nice too. Would recommend it to all of the people who will visit Belfast and surely they wont regret

The location is nice and there is an Iceland store in opposite which is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoy our holiday being stay here! If next time I go to Belfast, I will choose it again! It’s really value of money!

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Very nice hotel with good staff. I reached there around 10 AM and they gave me hotel without saying that checkout time is 3PM. Excellent service . White guy on reception was really helpful

Highly recommend staying at the house belfast hotel , the location is great with being pretty close to all you need for touring belfast. The food is fantastic , breakfast was delicious. Decor is very stylish. staff were all really friendly and accomodating. Star of the show had to be Tegan on reception , she made our experience that bit better. she went out of her way to ensure we had the best trip possible , 100% customer service what a great girl! We will defintetly be back.
