Staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful, the bed sheets were very comfortable. However my room had several issues. Firstly the drain in the bathroom smelled badly, but that was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. Secondly one door to the terrace would not open, not fixed and the huge terrace had no sofa or lounge chairs, bare on one side. The deck of this also was faded and worn and dead leafs and cobwebs. Never seen such a beautiful space with lack of furniture, one side did have a dining room table and a few nice green plants. None of the outlets would work to charge my phone or I pad and the front desk did not have a US plug on hand to add to my cable, we did attempt 3 different devices but none of them would work, which was pretty stressful and time wasting. I do not travel with my own plug as 5 star hotels generally have solutions for this. I did tell the DM about this and he showed me pictures of upgrades they have coming which is very nice for the future but did not fix my problem. Also no spare toilet roll in either bathroom, one bar of soap for two sinks, the bare minimum on towels, no Kleenex box in the powder room ( I know all this as the Kleenex and toilet paper ran out in the master so I went searching thinking faster than calling housekeeping). To me it seems like the small touches one would expect from LHW were not there in my room. On another note I booked my parents a Junior Deluxe Suite and they were very happy, I guess I was just disappointed by the outdoor space.

Stayed there for a couple's night out in Belgrade and the location was great, the Staff super friendly and helpful and the rooms were high-standard. We didn't try out the spa which i regret, but the bars in town were more tempting.... Absolute gem, especially considerng that they have a couple of parking spots available.

We booked the hotel that was the nearest to the airport due to our early flight. It was a nice surprise that staying in the hotel includes unlimited pass to the wellness with sauna, lots of pools, and even a pool in a cave with massage of the neck area with water. The room was really big, lots of space. It was very clean and comfy. And our special thanks to the wonderful Serbian people and hotel staff - they’ve made our accommodation very pleasant.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group and there were both pros and cons. The pros were - excellent and helpful staff at reception; free access to a computer in the lobby; a bar, lounge and restaurant; comfortable enough rooms, although we had a very inconsistent shower; a number of decent restaurants nearby and well serviced by bus and tram. The cons - sheer incompetence in the dining room for breakfast. Regardless of the number of people in there, the staff were incapable of keeping up with the supply of food, juices or plates and cutlery and the ”go-to” fruit, was lemons. In terms of location, it was about 4 kms from the main sites and attractions and thus, was reasonably placed.

Stayed there with my family for a stop overnight during our long European trip. It's a very nice top-class Hotel and a must-eat restaurant. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer. Offers a nice SPA as well.

The hotel is dusty, vacuum cleaning had to be requested separately. The gym is also covered in dust. There are several kettles throughout the hotel. When I asked to give me one, the receptionist advised me to ask for it from those who had already taken the kettle to their room. A separate issue is poor breakfasts. Day after day, the same thing (although there is a very colorful video with breakfasts on Instagram, which I have not seen in a month of living). There was almost no fruit, as well as dark bread. There were sometimes not very clean cutlery and crockery. Paper napkins were sometimes not enough. When I asked for a napkin, the cafeteria employee offered me paper, saying that the napkins were over.. There is no coffee machine, as well as the lobby bar.. Tea is also not included in the breakfast menu. Location - one bus goes to the center, relatively rare, there are no cafes with delicious food or drinks near the hotel. But within walking distance there is a shopping center and a large park.
