Dear Sirs, We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a luxury experience given it’s listed as a member of Leading Hotels of the World and the steep price tag of €1,000 per night. We rented two rooms – one for ourselves and one for our granddaughter – expecting a high level of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, the experience was far from five-star. To our shock, we found a bed bug right in the bed, under the bed sheet – we felt it ourselves. When we reported this issue to management, their response was highly disappointing: they offered only a 50% discount on one night’s stay. It felt as though they were indifferent to both guest satisfaction and basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, the hotel claims the tap water is drinkable, yet it came out muddy – a troubling sign for a supposedly luxury hotel. We were also surprised to find no free bottled water provided in the room, despite the high price. In conclusion, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating or its place in the Leading Hotels of the World. I would strongly recommend that travelers looking for a true luxury experience consider other options. Regards Sergey

Stayed there for a couple's night out in Belgrade and the location was great, the Staff super friendly and helpful and the rooms were high-standard. We didn't try out the spa which i regret, but the bars in town were more tempting.... Absolute gem, especially considerng that they have a couple of parking spots available.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a few hitches. The standout features were the comfortable bed and the peaceful location, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight, boasting cleanliness and a cozy little bar under the shade, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel is conveniently located within a five-minute walk from various restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Negative points: The breakfast options were limited, though it was nice to see gluten-free bread available. The coffee quality was disappointing, which could be improved. We also noticed an unpleasant odor from the bathroom when the door was left open, and while the air conditioning worked well, it was quite noisy. Lastly, for those looking to explore the city, the hotel isn’t very central but there is a bus station nearby, which provides some solace.

Stayed there with my family for a stop overnight during our long European trip. It's a very nice top-class Hotel and a must-eat restaurant. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer. Offers a nice SPA as well.

酒店位置不錯,房間緊湊,工作人員熱情友好! 但是發生了一件不愉快的事情,在我入住期間的最後一晚,我發現我當日就在酒店房間行李(配有海關鎖)內的錢包中,歐元(300💶)美元(300💲)都不見了,由於我第二天一早的飛機,所以沒有通知酒店和報警。 但很顯然,這家旅館的安防管理肯定有漏洞,甚至也有可能有內部員工裡應外合。 所以我評價中衹給2🌟“服務”

The staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.
