Hotel Romantic di Gansu, China

Overall, decent stay. The hotel has a great aesthetic to it, although it can be a bit dark and dim at night. The room lights match this aesthetic and are pretty dim as well. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, with a bathroom door that doesn't give much room for you to enter between its swing range and the toilet. The bathroom door did not seal well and water got all over the floor. There isn't any space in the bathroom to put your stuff, and only the shower door handle to hang your towel. There isn't a strong cigarette smell in the lobby or room which is a pleasant surprise compared to most chinese hotels, only a slight lingering smell in the hallways. Breakfast which was included was very nice. The hotel is on a street with decent amount of restaurants and shops. Location wise I don't think there's much to do in the city and one would mostly travel by taxi or didi anyway. The staff were very pleasant and one of them even let me stay in my room until 4pm without charge since my train wasn't departing until the evening.

Its a very beautiful hotel . Staffs are friendly and smiling . They have huge breakfast selection but i would say its okay in taste wise. Walkable distance to Mingsha Mountain . If you are using a Didi or Taxi to come in this hotel either from airport or from Mogao Exhibition Center , its called Dunhuang Mountain Villa . I noticed that taxi drivers or the App doesnt pull or know The Silk Road Dunhuang Hotel.

We had a family room with some kids playing field. The hotel is clean and the service staff in general is nice. The breakfast has big variaty. Unfortunately, a lot of people smoke more the less everywhere: Next to the room, on the public floor area, during breakfast, in the elevator,… Also we had a fridge running with our Baby Food in, but during our absence, the Plug was removed, and all the Food got noneatable… The rooms are quite dark, especially compared to the pictures. The Parking is quite messy, signs are missing.

Wonderful 3 nights stay here. Situated at the beginning of the old street, lots of eateries and some shops. Property is beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite its central location.  Staff all extremely professional and eager to please, from the reception, to chambermaids and breakfast service staff. I’d say they can rival some of the top chain hotels in tier 1 cities.  1 point dropped due to only 2 washing machines for the entire place., making it extremely hard to get an empty machine, especially if you are located in the opposite wing.  Another note is the lack of a privacy screen in the washroom. You can’t put on clothes in the shower since it’s wet but area outside is open with no door. I realise many hotels in Gansu are designed this way so not a specific negative for this property, but something to note if you are not a couple sharing the room.

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，大廳寬敞明亮，裝修簡約大氣，讓人一進來就感覺很舒服。房間打掃得十分細緻，床品柔軟舒適，被子枕頭都很乾凈沒有異味，衞浴設施齊全，熱水出水快，水壓穩定，洗漱用品品質也不錯。房間隔音效果很好，晚上休息很安靜，完全沒有被打擾，睡眠質量超棒。 前台工作人員服務態度熱情周到，辦理入住和退房速度都很快，效率很高，有任何問題諮詢都耐心解答，十分貼心。酒店位置交通便利，周邊出行、吃飯、購物都很方便，性價比超高。整體設施維護得很好，環境安靜雅緻，無論是出差還是旅行都非常合適。 強烈推薦給大家，下次出行還會優先選擇這家酒店，真心值得入住！

We had a wonderful stay at Yano Camp for a few nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, and the level of service truly stood out. The team was consistently attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, including kindly offering rides to the nearby town. We were thoroughly impressed by their hospitality and would highly recommend Yano Camp to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

酒店在扎尕娜最西側（也是位置最高的一個村），建設在一個山坡上，所以從酒入口及餐廳（靠近入口），走到最上面的帳篷區還是挺費勁的，畢竟2200m海拔，走路有點喘的。好在他們還有個後門，可以開車到後門（衹有四個停車位），然後往下走就省力點。房間設施還可以，略顯淳樸，但是在扎尕那區域，應該是最好的一家了。帳篷套房兩間房間都有獨立衞生間，不過帳篷頂部是通的，不隔音（一個人打呼另外一間房間肯定能聽清楚）。酒店餐廳也不錯，火鍋肉給的很多，和景區其他幾家比（去外面吃了幾家）都不如在酒店餐廳。

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

I traveled from Xianbei to Lanzhousi. Once you got off, get a subway and alighted at Xiguan station. Once arrived, looked for Exit D. The hotel is located in the middle of the walking street with lots of things to see and eat. Don't stay around old Lanzhou town. There're more things to see around here. I'm so impressed with the all the girl staff. They're superb. The room is ok. The food is also ok. I recommend this hotel.
