Altherrschaftlich anmutendes Hotel. Sehr gemütlich. Auch für viele Menschen sehr gut geeignet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffett wurde immer nachgelegt und bot alles,was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. S-Bahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe

It is a very reasonably priced hotel a few kilometres north of the centre of Berlin and so very conveniently located for a tourist. It is also just 5 minutes walk away from the U Bahn and from there it is just 20 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate area..

Der Service war gut und die Angestellten durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Servicekraft im Restarant sprach allerdings kein deutsch, das sollte in einem Hotel in Deutschland schon sein. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach preislich mit € 19,50 zu hoch. Dafür hätte ein wenig Fisch (Lachs) dazugehört. In einem Berliner Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich auch zum Frühstück die bekannte ”Berliner Schribbe” und keine Pappbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Schön auch der reduzierte Preis für das Parkhaus am Wochenende.

I chose this hotel as I was touring Berlin with a friend for a few days, but he was arriving a couple of days later than me. This proved to be a great option in terms of budget, distance from the city centre and proximity to public transport. Once you come up the steps from the U-Bahn at Siemenssdamm, it’s immediately to your right. The member of staff in the reception was warm and friendly and spoke very good English as my German is not very good after studying it a little at school 25 years ago. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. It was too warm for me, and turning the air con down didn’t help, but the window opens very wide. The bathroom also had a bath which was a bonus. The bed is firm which I really enjoyed, but I appreciate that won’t be to everyone’s liking. I’m sure I requested the room not to be serviced but the maid had been in every day. I didn’t use the TV but the Wi-Fi was a little patchy and slow at times. There is plenty of plug sockets including one near the bed. There was a soft light on the floor lamp and a desk lamp which was great. I had the buffet breakfast one morning, which had a great and varied selection of hot and cold food, this included cereals, bread, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh juice, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket across the road open till 10 pm, which was handy to get food for dinner. Yeah, it is quiet, and felt safe. I couldn’t hear any noise from any adjacent rooms. If I’m visiting Berlin in the future on my own, I will probably stay here again.

If your on a holiday and need a cenral place close to public transport, but still a quiet night, it's a good place. If you're looking for a mid#town party area (sleepless nights) you're off mark here, but the price of the accom may be interesting still. if you're on business and need to get up early, you won't find sleep easily because the hotel attracts customers keen on running, shouting and being noisy in general. If you look for CoVid security, the hotel has nice rules but nobidy gives a damn and nothing is enforced. If you have a room at 6th floor, to avoid the stuffed lifts is an inconvenient choice. In general. The place is clean and well maintained, tyhe crew is helpfulp. The immidiate neighbourhood is quiet but boring. If the guest next door snores you've rotten luck, if he doen;t, it's a good night. Given the price, one could do worse.

Although it takes around 10 minutes walk to the closet metro station, supporting employees and great conditions of the room still providing a great living experience in this hotel!

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

Between hotel and metro takes a few minutes by walking. It is easy to access to many places by metro. People were friendly. Rooms were really clean.
