フロントの方が、皆さんフレンドリーで好印象でした。 一見、ホテルというより普通の民家風でしたが、立地的には、比較的わかりやすく、探し回るということはありませんでした。 部屋も清潔で、安全もしっかり確保されていました。難をあげるとすれば、シャワー・トイレが共同ということでしょうか。 自分はたまたまシャワー・トイレの隣の部屋でしたので、それほどの不便は感じませんでしたが。 小さなバルコニーのある窓から外を見ると落着きが感じられました。 (写真は、ホテルの窓とはす向かいの建物)

Location : 10/10 Staff : 9/10 Food/Breakfast variety: 5/10 (only if you are vegetarian) Food taste: 7/10 Hotel is located inches from Bern main station. You step out of station and you see the hotel. It is centrally located to every spot in Bern. Old town is walkable, everything is right outside the hotel. Subway, Restro, Pubs, Cafe. It was the best hotel in terms on hospitality and welcome in Switzerland. Staff is well trained and very very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Xxx who made sure we get the best cycles for our city tour. He ensured that we have water and food with us on our journey yo next city, which made us really feel special. Every staff will greet you the moment they see you. This is surely the best hotel in every aspect. Food was pretty normal nothing special, this was the only point where hotel can do lot better, as they said vegetarian meals will be provided on our free dinner but restaurant was not informed and that caused confusion. Breakfast was very normal just breads and they gave us chees in vegetarian and I felt the intent and lack of awareness about vegetarian food like simple sandvich like Subway and meals like cauliflower cooked. Right opposite to hotel was place where they served vegetarian meals and on the right hand side it vegan store. So there was availability but they missed the opportunity. Apart from this every thing was on top. Cleanliness of this hotel is something no one can even compete. Amenities are 10/10. Overall I would rate my stay as comfortable stay.

Amazing service!!!, very clean and tidy rooms, perfect locarion and friemdly staff. Highly recomended!!!. Also do not miss the restaurant, they serve tipical Swiss food, from fundeau and raclette!!!!. Remember to book in advancd as the place gets very busy.

The hotel is three (3) to four (4) kilometers away from the Old Town of Bern and less than one (1) kilometer away from the New Town of Bern. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. We saved a lot by adding it on our trip considering that a decent meal on nearby restaurants costs at least 30 Francs. The rooms are just right when it comes to their size. There is no heater, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush though, only the basic toiletries are provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bern.

We have a great experience when we stay in this hotel, clean, comfortable and large room with beautiful view the city of Bern, also the friendly staff. Good location and easy to access. Need a little improvement about an iron, i think it's better if an iron is provided in each room. Because most of guest need it.

HOTEL AMBASSADOR BERN An ideal mix of good location, excellent staff & facilities We chose Hotel Ambassador primarily because it offered free parking service as we were travelling on rent-a-car and didn't have much idea about parking houses in Bern But the hotel turned out to be much better than our expectations. POSITIVES (+) The location is brilliant especially if you're new to the city. Close proximity to the tramp stop and ideally located in a neat, clean neighborhood. (+) I got a message from the hotel one day in advance summarizing all details of the stay and the city. Special thanks to Dominika Motykova who sent this message which really helped me book my free tramp tickets and get ready for the hotel stay (+) The staff and service are very good. Smooth check-in and check-out experience (+) I got a two bedroom option as we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. This was really awesome as kids were independent and loving their own room (+) Views from the room especially with the barn and cattle side is breathtaking. Highly recommended to go for this view instead of city / old town view (+) Abel at the bar was very friendly and gentle during service hours in the evening. He chit chatted about our country, stay and gave advice on the tourist attractions. NEGATIVES (-) The hotel is slightly outdated in terms of infrastructure with old styled keys for opening doors, slightly old furniture & upholstery. The walls and carpeting inside the hotel is 90s styled. (-) The most painful aspect I experienced was the bed which was of poor quality with the mattress & pillows being really off. I was sleepless on both nights that I stayed here. (-) The pool is not heated and has limited space for people with only 4-5 beds and chairs (-) Access from basement parking to the main hotel is through a ringer which new comers may not know. No clear signage or messaging is written anywhere on how to go inside from the basement. I had to literally drag all the luggage by myself to the lobby for elevator access Overall, based on service / location / neighborhood, the place is Highly Recommended Rating: 8 / 10

Si buscas un hotel silencioso, con desayuno gratuito pero colapsado para desayunar tranquilo, con agua gratis en máquina, sin escritorio en habitación, sin armario para dejar la ropa, simplemente lo dejas todo al descubierto en un colgador que tienes en la habitación, con puerta compartida entre wc y el plato de ducha, es decir si cierras la puerta del wc dejas abierta la zona de plato ducha y viceversa. Cada vez que bajas o subes por escaleras o por ascensor tienes que llevar contigo la llave del hotel en la mano. El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos del centro caminando o 7 minutos en tranvía . Tienes el edificio donde se guardan los autobuses urbanos de la ciudad con lo que la orientación de la habitación a lo mejor te importa. Si lo que buscas es todo lo contrario vete a otro hotel. Nuestra agente de viajes nos comentó que el hotel no permite reservar habitaciones con dos camas. Cuando llegamos al hotel no quedaban habitaciones de dos camas a pesar de que nuestra estancia era de cinco noches. El recepcionista se equivoco y nos quería hacer pagar otra vez la reserva, nos enseñaba con una libreta y un bolígrafo lo que debíamos como si fuéramos tontos. El secador del pelo se recalienta y comentándolo dicen que lo miraran pero que es una medida de seguridad y no obtuvimos respuesta. Todos tenemos secador del pelo en casa y no se recalienta a los dos minutos de reloj. Al final por nuestros propios medios descubrimos que utilizándolo a velocidad de tortuga en velocidad uno funcionaba eso sí perdiendo tu tiempo. Por mis comentarios se puede intuir que no volveré a este hotel por el trato recibido y porque servicios como el desayuno no tenemos que pagarlo todos los huéspedes sino solo los que queremos disfrutar de un desayuno tranquilo y en paz. Lo mejor el agua fría, el aire acondicionado. La limpieza es muy mejorable. Encontramos una mancha indescriptible en el wc cuando entramos de los anteriores huéspedes y que tardaron dos días en limpiar.Adjunto fotos. This hotel is a short bus ride from the main train station. The rooms are modern & ours was large. No one & no instructions on how to turn on the lights or operate the roll down shutters or anything else in the room. It was frustrating. There are large patio doors (no patio though) that open with electric roll down shutters. But our room faced busy train tracks & so leaving those doors open meant hearing VERY frequent train traffic late into the night & then starting again in the early morning. It wasn’t pleasant. Another thing to know about this hotel is the A/C is controlled & is central to the ENTIRE hotel and it’s not cool in the rooms🥵. There is NO adjusting it in your room or for your room 🥵. It is just what it is. We were advised to open our patio doors to get more air🤪. That would work if it’s cool outside AND there were not the train traffic! There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and that just adds humidity to the room with no way to vent it. So this hotel is modern meets we don’t trust you. We would not stay here again & from now on even if the hotel says there is a/c we will have to ask the further question about who controls it & the temp.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel in der Kategorie: Deluxe-Studio. Das Hotel liegt 150 m von der Bahnstation nach Bern entfernt. Die Bahn fährt tagsüber alle 22 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt zum Bahnhofsplatz/Spitalgasse für 14€ pro Person. Die Tiefgaragenplätze für 15€ pro Tag sind groß und vor dem Hotel gab es keine freien Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Per Self-check-in wurde eine Karte für das Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Luftzirkulation in den Fluren bis zum Zimmer sowie auch die Luft im Deluxe-Studio war sehr ”abgestanden”. Da sich im Deluxe-Studio die Fenster öffnen lassen, ist die Luft schnell wieder frisch. Das Deluxe-Studio hat eine Größe von 27 m2 und viel Stauraum in einem großen Schrank. Das Bett ist bequem mit Blick auf einem großen Flat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Ein Schreibtisch steht direkt vor der Fensterfront mit Gardinen und Außenrollläden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wird erfüllt.

Super Unterkunft. Von A-Z hat alles geklappt. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Kindern. Am Abend war es ab 22.00 uhr sehr ruhig im Hof und auch mit offenen Fenstern lässt es sich so gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war zum Geniessen in einem schönen Saal. Allgemein ist diese Jugendherberge wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Museum ist top und mit Kindern sehr gut machbar. Es gibt ein Rätselspass, basteln, Truhen öffnen, Schatzkisten und vieles mehr. Es lohnt sich dieses Museum zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zum Empfehlen
