Ulasan Grand Hotel Blackpool

Saya pergi untuk hidup sekali 4 tahun yang lalu dan ia diuruskan oleh Hilton, walaupun ia sudah lama dan tidak teruk. Ia bukan lagi Hilton tahun ini, sanitasi buruk, kemudahan sudah lapuk, dan tiada apa-apa untuk dimakan untuk sarapan pagi, sangat kecewa

It's a little far from Blavkpool North Station in the center of town, but it's close by bus or train. The Blackpool Grand Hotel is a very large hotel and very easy to find, so I thought it was a safe hotel for beginners. The front desk staff are always on standby, so I thought it was a very safe hotel.

The staff are polite and friendly. Nice view from the window. The walls are so thin that you could join the chat in the next room! It was very noisy. The facilities are old and stained. The pool was closed during off-peak season. I should have checked it with the hotel earlier!

I’m upset because I can’t sleep because very nosy people in the next room until morning so I can’t sleep overnight 😞😞😞 Thank u

Great hotel swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and on sea front , reasonable priced next to tram stop , massive room with a TV, 24 hour reception and bar on first floor

very friendly staff free updrade clean and tidy felt welcomed had best nights sleep everything you needed was there(iron&iron board-hair dryer-fan-free internet- tea coffee making facilities) would highly recomend

Worst mattress, very squeaky. Couldn't sleep well. Every move woke up to the squeaky mattress. No hair dryer, charging double price from tub to walk in shower. Couldn't bring extra spoon or fork when requested had to go down my self to get it.

The location good close to tram station which easy to the town centre , the room was good even it has bath . But the breakfast is overprice

Great hotel, quick check-in. The room we were in was lovely, overlooking the beach. The room was very clean tv on wall free safe in room free iron and ironing board to use. A lovely dressing table with a pull up mirror. Nice big bed. Bed was very comfortable. Radiator on wall so you can adjust the temperature. USB next to bed. A lovely bathroom with bath and shower very clean. We will be coming back to the grand Hotel Blackpool again.

Our favourite hotel in Blackpool. Was brilliant and cosy

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only down side was thought pool and spa was included small fee to pay, but make sure you book these. Curtains in room were too small, so let in light.

The manager was a arrogant girl with no service manners at all
