Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.

The hotel might be a dormitory in its previous life. Well, we honestly don't know about that, but when you step inside the room you might have similar idea. The interior suggested that it might had seen its days, but now it's been rejuvenated back to life, while leaving some of its former self intact : the vintage ceiling fan, among other things. The room is quite spacious, with a comfy king size bed. But it lack basic necessities that normally found in a hotel room : no refrigerator, no tea/coffee/sugar servings (but we get the water heater, though), and no slippers ! Considering the fact that the hotel is situated in Puncak, and its rooms' floor are not covered with carpet, a pair of slippers will be a blessing ! The hotel has a vast garden, with an open football field and a swimming pool. The pool is quite nice, but in need of extra cleaning, since the bottom is a bit sandy. As for the food, we got a chance to try both the food from the cafe and the ones from the buffet. The ones we order from cafe were quite delicious, but the same can't be said for the buffet. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. With a modest price, you could enjoy a relaxing atmosphere of a retirement home. Time ticks a bit slower in this place

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Thank you to Ms. Hesti for helping us from the beginning of the reservation. Thank you to Royal Safari Garden team.

Oleh kerana ada acara yang sangat dekat dengan hotel ini, saya akhirnya menempahnya pada pukul 9 pagi ... baru mendaftar masuk pada jam 3 petang ... kerana kami adalah tetamu pertama yang menggunakan trip.com untuk menginap di hotel, jadi kami menerima Kerani itu masih mencari tempahan bilik kami secara manual ... tapi gpp ... nama juga pelanggan pertama ... 😁 ... Pemandangan dari biliknya bagus. Biliknya juga sangat selesa. Sesuai untuk keluarga. Lain kali saya hanya akan hidup untuk anak-anak. Kolam renang sangat sesuai.

Ada private swiming pool dari cetek lalu menurun hingga dalam seleher org dewasa sekitar 170cm. Penjaganya ramah dan cepat jika di panggil. Kekurangannya tangga ke lantai 2 extreme banget dan tdk ada kamar mandi. Akhirnya keluarga semua tidur di bawah, kamar mandi ada 1 di bawah air panas tidak berfungsi dan tv di lt 2 setup boxnya rusak, tdk di sediakan handuk dan perlatan mandi lainnya. Tapi mandi bisa juga di ruang bilas yg ada di sisi kolam renang. Wort it sih dengan harga yang cukup murah utk ukuran villa dengan private pool, kamar ada 3, kasurnya banyak, speaker karaoke, dapur luas, kompor ada, dispenser peralatan masak. Dan yg penting gak angker anak kecil aman. Terimakasih Villa Dhanty.
