Hotel berhampiran Monumento a los Heroes, Bogota

Hotel cómodo, desayuno muy bueno, buena ubicación, buena atención.

位置還行，酒店房間也不錯，早餐豐富。周圍50米就有個小超市，對面就有餐廳。值得入住。下次再來還會選擇他。

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . Awesome attention to guests and solutions friendly... food on the menu was excellent Loved the Salmon/Steak/Mil Hojas. Communication with guest was open and friendly on all topics warning about transportation matters and assisting to acquire.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de Transmilenio, también se puede ir a varios lugares caminando y es muy lindo su alrededor. la calidad del desayuno es buena, sirven un buffet con frutas, queso, jamón, jugo de naranja yogur, huevos, panes, pancakes, bebidas calientes ( café o chocolate). Lo negativo que tiene este bufet es que sirven Waffles pero no hay miel para estos ni mermelada, se pidió en varias ocasiones hasta que por fin la niña con cierta pena tuvo que decir que no había. La habitación es confortable y algo para resaltar es que siempre permanece muy limpia y ordenada lo cual me encanta, el punto negativo de la habitaciones es que a pesar de que el hotel está en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa durante toda la noche hay un motor que se enciende y se apaga constantemente lo que interrumpe el buen descanso.

We stayed one week at One sixteen hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Since there is no an a/c in the room it was sometimes too warm in the room. You need to leave the window open for the natural a/c and it will be ok. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits amongst others. We asked the hotel before we travelled for pickup and this went flawless. The driver was very professional and friendly.

Few attention on the customer due to the lack of staff in the hotel. It was a good stay, but they definitely need to hire more staff in order to provide a good customer service.

房間很大，浴室很大，窗外景色很好，早餐不錯，有很多中國人在這裏住，應該是比較不錯的選擇了。。。。。。

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.
