Really enjoyed my short stay at Hab Hotel. Arrived early in the morning and was able to get a room in 10 minutes. Staff was really polite and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy, cool, stylish. The music in hotel - top👍🏼 Lunch at Hab cafe was delicious. I would like to come back and experience this hotel once again. Regards, Natàlia

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

My second time staying at an Ibis; LOVE these properties. The rooms are very basic but you'll have what you need. The property is fun and stylish, staff was helpful (including arranging midnight airport transportation for us) and there's a full service bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of dishes; I wish hotels in the US offered breakfasts like this! The National Museum right across the street is well worth a visit and you're a short drive to Monserrate and Candelaria.

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

It was good. location was ok. There is a free shuttle bus connecting to the airport every hour. Room was just ok, For the night before the flight was ok

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer. Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges. Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you. Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality. Wifi was also poor. Gym is dire. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y nos trasladaron de nuevo al retorno. Muy buen servicio, habitaciones precisas y con camas muy cómodas. Muy limpias, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. como viajamos para un concierto allí cerca, también organizaron el traslado del hotel al sitio y luego al terminar el evento nos recogieron.
