Bed is to hard. Pillows ok. Service is excellent. Except the room service that is erratic and slow. The bar was always closed. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner in the Chinese rest was very good. The check in and check out was very goo. Price excellent. The help from the concierge was outstanding. We recommend more accessible snack and water.

An OK hotel for a night either waiting for an early morning flight or in transit. The half-houly shuttle was good (top and bottom of the hour) and breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were way too large and the bed was a bit saggy.

My stay was very pleasant and amazing at the same time! I have created a TripAdvisor page just to give all the credit to the one who most impacted my stay! THAT GOES TO EDWIN the Bartender at the beautiful cocktail bar in the lobby, yesterday was my last day at the hotel, my friends and I room 834, we were hungry and went out to eat but it was already late and all the places had been closed. We went at the bar in the lobby, where Edwin was working, but he was already closing his shift, Not only did he greet us with a genuinely smiling face, he also provided us with his full attention and amazing service!! Even though all the items were cleaned and already stored in the cabins, he took his time to take everything out and went above and beyond to make our drinks; apart of that, he also called room service for us and we were able to eat at the bar!!! He deserves a Raise!!! He stayed with us until late, put music for us, and we had a great time! THANK YOU EDWIN FOR MAKING OUR LAST STAY Such A MEMORABLE TIME!!! Please share this with him!!! Such a wonderful, warm, beautiful hotel. Located in a wonderful neighbourhood, connected to a nice mall, and walking distance to a beautiful weekend market that is open on the weekends. Such kind staff (house keeping, restaurant, front desk, security). Wonderful breakfast (pastries, bread, fresh juice, best eggs I have ever eaten, deli meat, coffee) and 30 minute ride to Chapinero and 10 minute ride to a nearby mall. You can take taxi or Uber and they will even arrive an airport transport (93000 pesos pickup, 70000 pesos depart). I stayed in a suite and it’s bigger than my apartment in the states, comfortable bed. Warm water and very clean. They also have a deal for a free drink at the bar if you don’t utilise house keeping for a day (I am not drinking right now so I didn’t utilise that deal). This was my fourth time in Colombia, but I will return to this hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness.

It's a place full of kind people who help you at any time. Most of the crew if not all speak English or are willing to look for the way to serve you. great choice.

I arrived to find the lobby full. Three front desk employees were trying to check in a group of 10. Rather than designate 2 for that, and another for other guests, all three focused only on the group, making a handful of us wait about 35 minutes. I went to pay with my American Express card. They told me they don't accept AMEX even though they say they do on booking.com. Elevator broke on the way to my floor and I was stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes before staff were able to get me out. Asked for a quiet room, but they put me in front of a construction site and was woken up at 6 am. When I went to check out, the elevator was still broken 12 hours later and I had to take all of my bags down five flights of stairs with no assistance from the hotel, as the phone in my room did not work and I was unable to call for help. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 7 but when I arrived (with limited time) at 7:15, nothing had been set up. This was a total disaster. And, not once, did any staff member apologize or make any effort to empathize.

First of all, the hotel is in a great location, a quiet street close to many restaurants, pharmacy, little markets and a pretty park. You can walk everywhere and feel safe (you should always be aware of surroundings in all big cities). This place has the feel of a boutique hotel, with a small but comfortable lobby, with coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super nice rain can shower head in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect for us. It was 3 ladies, so comfort and safety was crucial to us. The staff was constantly helpful and friendly, I haven't received this type of hospitality anywhere else.

I had a large room on the top floor with a big walk-in shower and comfortable bed and nice desk for working at. Great variety at breakfast time from croissants and bread to fruit with very nice coffee either from the pot or a machine. Actually the machine was one of the better ones! Super friendly staff and the airport pickup I ordered was super easy and good value. Gym on the terrace floor is small but I was the only one ever to use it. Outdoor terrace has great views and can get windy so maybw that's why it's not used much either.
