Hotel berhampiran Torremolinos II Sector Park, Bogota

My stay at Ibis Museo was very enjoyable. First time in Bogota. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking distance to the La Candeleria area and all the museums in that area. Theres a 24 hr La Rebaja Plus that is less than 5 min walk away from the hotel and a mcdonalds less than 5 min walk in the other direction if you need something familiar. The room service came every day with fresh towels and the security was Always outside scoping the area which made me feel pretty safe. Would def recommend and will return 👍

It was good. location was ok. There is a free shuttle bus connecting to the airport every hour. Room was just ok, For the night before the flight was ok

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.

El habitel siempre ha sido el Hotel de mi preferencia, Siempre escojo Habitel Prime, Sus instalaciones, habitaciones, restaurante son un servicio 100% excelente. Muy recomendado si deseas estar cerca al aeropuerto, Tiene transporte 24 horas del día, Y si tienes el vuelo en la madrugada y no puedes desayunar. El hotel te da un lunch

A small hotel by size (I suppose around 30/35 rooms) located in one of the best place of the city. Service is five stars, and the hotel is incredibly cleaned and well maintained. Excellent, above the average, value for money.

I arrived to find the lobby full. Three front desk employees were trying to check in a group of 10. Rather than designate 2 for that, and another for other guests, all three focused only on the group, making a handful of us wait about 35 minutes. I went to pay with my American Express card. They told me they don't accept AMEX even though they say they do on booking.com. Elevator broke on the way to my floor and I was stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes before staff were able to get me out. Asked for a quiet room, but they put me in front of a construction site and was woken up at 6 am. When I went to check out, the elevator was still broken 12 hours later and I had to take all of my bags down five flights of stairs with no assistance from the hotel, as the phone in my room did not work and I was unable to call for help. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 7 but when I arrived (with limited time) at 7:15, nothing had been set up. This was a total disaster. And, not once, did any staff member apologize or make any effort to empathize.

Check-in proces was quick and efficient, very friendly staff at all hours and no matter where they worked, hotel room was clean and well designed, good beds and a great shower with a good water flow. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations and service, quality and variety better than higher rated airport hotels. Great to have capuccino or espresso included vs the often coffee from the dispenser. Within 10 min safe walk towards Parque93 many restaurants and coffee places. Couldn’t wish for a better combination of a quality, service, neigbourhood and dining options nearby.

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.

Nice hotel located in safe area of city. Breakfast buffet is really good. By some reason it advertises through this app that hotel has a pool and facility does not. There is a nice sauna on the eighth floor.

Syarikat ini menjanjikan perkhidmatan pembersihan sekali seminggu. Walau bagaimanapun, pengurus di laman web ini tidak berminat sama sekali dalam membuat janji ini menjadi kenyataan. Saya bercakap dengan dierctor, tetapi dia berbohong dan tidak mahu menyelesaikan keadaan. Saya meminta maklumat perkhidmatan pelanggan dan jawapannya ialah dia tidak akan memperbaharui kontrak saya. Dia juga berbohong tentang perkhidmatan dan jadual; Ia sangat mengecewakan untuk bercakap dengan pengurus dengan sikap sedemikian jadi saya memutuskan untuk pergi sahaja. Saya cuba menghubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan tetapi dierctor yang sama adalah yang membalas e-mel. Terdapat banyak tempat hebat di Chia dengan 1/2 harga. Saya menemui satu yang mempunyai teknologi cap jari untuk 1/2 harga di lokasi yang hebat. Walaupun bangunan itu bagus, pasukan pengurusan tidak mempunyai pengetahuan perkhidmatan pelanggan, dan etika asas manusia. Kakitangan penerimaan adalah hebat walaupun.
