住這個酒店不要訂大床房，大床房的房間都靠內，不被陽光照射，要訂房衹能訂雙床房。 酒店乾淨，床舒適。

Our stay was absolutely brilliant- the staff are amazing, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and we got upgraded to a harbour view room. The only small negative is the location- however they make up for it by offering multiple ways to get downtown for free.

Room was quiet, well-sized and well decorated. Can’t beat the location if you need to be in Harvard Square. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are nice, Staff are friendly, Housekeeping is good, Downsides: mattress was completely worn out and I could only sleep on one side of the bed. Also they checked another guest into my room, which I discovered when she unlocked the door and walked in at 11 pm (to her surprise). For a super-premium hotel, both of these were unacceptable. Next time I will just save $200-$400 per night and stay at the many two-star hotels in the area.

It was so cute!! Breakfast had lots of options included and there was beautiful artwork all around the hotel. There’s also a little gallery downstairs too! The location is right across from an amazing Shabu Shabu restaurant with amazing prices

The Boston hotel has a good location in the Boston city. The hotel customer service was good and friendly. There was no food services and only had drinks. However the hotel was not cleaning enough. There was a bad smell in the room. The carpet of the room was old. The filter of the vent above the stove was not cleaned, having black water spots.

Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)

We visit the area often and have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. We wanted to stay here this time because of the bigger room size. I gave this property 3 stars instead of 4 because of the filthy hallway carpets. As first impressions go, walking down the hallway to the elevator, we saw terribly stained carpeting. From the elevator to the back entrance there were several large stains and one cringe worthy stain that I took a picture of that we passed multiple times a day. This leaves a bad feeling with us. This needs to be addressed immediately. I understand this hotel just underwent a major update. It shows in the decor and modern fixtures in the lobby and room. The front desk staff were very friendly and competent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new. I was the first to use the hairdryer. Breakfast was adequate. Sausage tasted dry like it had been microwaved. Little individual cheese omelet were rubbery. Reasonably priced excellent breakfast can be found 12 minutes away at As Good As It Gets in Norwood.

非常滿意，房間很大，廚房，客廳與卧室之間有門分離。像一居室的房子，廚房設施齊備，早餐好吃，服務人員都很盡職。 酒店位於一個園區內，附近酒店林立，比鄰很多高科技公司。 超市中，market basket離得最近，最好逛。幾公裡外有trade Joe和cvs，也有Costco的會員店。 非常安靜，和波士頓的氣質很相似。很願意再次入住。 衞生好，度過了非常愉快的時光。

Hotel was so clean and the rooms were great with comfy beds. The breakfast was also perfect for a hotel serve yourself

We always try to stay at Homewood Suites when we travel because we like having a suite with a private bedroom. We’ve been to 10 or 15 Homewood Suites around the country and this is the worst one we have slept in. The Good: - Location. It’s easy to get here from the highway. It’s only about 15 minutes from Salem and an easy drive to Boston. There are a ton of restaurants and stores within 10 minutes’ drive. - The price was fair, considering the location. - Breakfast was typical for a chain hotel and the seating area in the lobby was spacious and clean. - The staff was friendly and helpful. The Bad: - Our room stunk of smoke when we arrived and didn’t get better the 2 nights we were there. There were no rooms for us to change to so we had to stick it out. - The air conditioning was pretty inadequate. Front desk told us there was an issue and the rooms wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees. The room was humid and stuffy. - The compressor to the air conditioner made a loud, screeching / rattling sound whenever it turned off (which thankfully was rare, since the room rarely adequately cooled off). The sound was so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night about 3 times each night we slept there. - Other maintenance issues: the towel rack fell off the wall first time I used it; the mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable; there was a previous guest’s food wrapper on the floor when we checked in. So all in all, the hotel was fine but our room was bad. If I got a really good deal I might stay here again but I would look elsewhere first.
