Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Boston

Lobi Hotel cantik! Kakitangan meja depan sangat mengagumkan. Kami ”menaik taraf” kepada Suite King. Seluruh ”tingkat satu” (satu tingkat di atas lobi) sangat gelap. Bilik itu besar tetapi tidak bersih. Karpet di dalam dewan dan di dalam bilik itu kotor. Katilnya selesa. Bilik mandi tidak bersih dan tiada sabun. Saya terpaksa mencari pembantu rumah untuk meminta sabun, syampu dll. Saya rasa kerana kami menempah melalui vendor pihak ketiga, mereka memberikan anda bilik yang paling teruk. Mengingatkan saya tentang filem titanic - kami berada di kawasan steerage hotel atau yang tertua - mungkin bahagian berhantu di hotel. Yang berkata, Lokasi yang menakjubkan!! Saya pasti akan menempah di sini lagi!

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

First time in Boston, First time in USA and first holiday abroad in a long, long time, we wanted to go all out luxury. An 11th hour chat with a colleague who advised us to stay in the Back Bay Area saw me change hotels to the Four Seasons. The location is perfect, directly across from the Boston Public Gardens and our room choice reflected this. The hotel is best described as a big modern box with the rooms smaller boxes within it. I’ll be honest, reading the hype about Four Seasons, I was expecting old school grandeur in the entrance and the public areas but there was none. Arriving, you go from the car drop off through a set of doors into the foyer and are met straight ahead by the reception desks. It’s a modern, stand up check in. I honestly felt that we’d entered the back door of the hotel! We’ve stayed in some lovely, five star and deluxe hotels in the past and my expectations for this standard of entrance and foyer were not met. (The hotel has a distinct lack of public space, there are one or two seats in the foyer but no large lounge area. A coffee shop and small restaurant/bistro are on the ground floor. The hotel and the room were immaculately clean. We went with a front facing Deluxe Garden View Room with One king bed. The view was lovely, as we went in October the colours of the trees across the street were beautiful. Room itself was not huge, but comfortable with a nice table and chairs at the window. The bathroom was small but well appointed with a shower and bath. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating, allowing us an earlier check in and late check out plus giving us access to the hotel amenities until we left at 5pm. This included an internal courtyard which we viewed but looked a bit windy so we didn’t go in. As we only had two days and a night in Boston we wanted to explore the city so didn’t spend much time in the hotel and never got to see the pool. We had in room dining on arrival for a late lunch which was very nice in the form of a club sandwich to share. On the Saturday morning I joined executive chef Patrice Martineau for the “Run Club” a fantastic experience seeing beautiful parts of the city on a run which is free for guests. One of the most memorable experiences of any hotel stay. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to experience the Chef’s team’s amazing breakfast as there was a 30 minute wait when we arrived at the restaurant, which surprised us for a hotel of this standard, we’d never been asked to wait for breakfast before. The restaurant manager insisted he could get us in, but the moment had passed and we decided to grab something externally and explore Boston. This led to a very accommodating reduction in our bill which was extremely nice of all concerned. We were extremely grateful for the kindness and level of service by all staff, the location was perfect to explore the city and the hotel is immaculate. 訂這家酒店時猶豫了很久，看評論褒貶不一。但價格確實低於其他五星級酒店，所以還是訂了...時而有門童，時而沒有門童，他即使看到你拎行李，也不會過來幫你拿的，衹是遠遠的看着...住了兩個晚上，唯一感受到的服務是保潔阿姨傍晚會來敲門問有沒有需要幫助的剩下已經感覺是自主酒店了…設施確實很老舊了，床邊櫃底下放了一個巨明顯的多功能插座，要充電衹能把多功能插座的其他插頭拔了才能充電...住了這麼多五星級酒店，這是頭一家沒有USB插頭的酒店...即使酒店營業很久了，也該更新設施了...地毯像是很久沒洗的了，油點已經到處都是了...裝修絕對配得上50年前的五星級酒店，現在已經...來波士頓之前住了紐約時報麗思卡爾頓，衹想感慨麗思卡爾頓你怎麼了…沒有任何進步與改進，衹能眼看着同行把你超越了吧

Sangat sangat baik! Hotel ini telah memberikan peningkatan dan tingkat tinggi dengan pemandangan air. Akan memilih untuk tinggal selepas itu. Boston Harbour hebat di malam hari, kebersihan hotel

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!
