YystephieVery happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

LLvyoudarenjiushiwo第二次去費爾蒙了，每次都會升級到湖景小套房。小套房的淋雨非常舒服，有好幾個出水口，沖在身上非常解乏，人洗得熱乎乎的，很暖和。這次同樣也不例外。只是這次的按摩浴缸實在太臟了，一打開按摩功能，裏面臟臟的黑色的污垢就出來了，希望酒店要注意一下。服務都特別好，尤其是中餐廳的服務員，沒記名字，但説起話來細聲細氣的，由內而外地微笑，讓人覺得很愜意。對了，風景真的很不錯，算老牌酒店了，地理位置特別好，邊上有夕露園，很適合帶長者散步聊天的。也正因為這樣，我就沒有再電話前台，畢竟過年，大家都高高興興，比較好！

TThiam BoonMy wife and me stayed at the Garden Hotel Suzhou from 02 to 06 December 2023. This is an excellent hotel with a large compound with several low rise buildings. Location is excellent with ample shops and dining options all around the hotel. The room is large enough and better than most other hotels. Breakfast spread is very good with enough western and eastern varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful. Taxis are easy and conveniently arranged with the help of hotel staff. If we do go to Suzhou again, we will stay at the Garden Hotel Suzhou again.

GGermanoWe spend one night at the hotel and liked it a lot. Very nice traditional chinese elements in their design, good and well known local Suzhou restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel (even a lot of non hotel guests would go to enjoy the local food here). Nicely located at the lake, whereas also being very close to the city center with the huge, new, luxury shopping mall in walking distance. The hotel has a little garden itself in which you can walk around. Rooms are specious and well designed. Service is attentive as well.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama真心實意地為金雞湖大酒店5分好評！這次入住體驗非常完美，無論是環境、服務還是設施，都讓我和家人感到無比滿意。環境怡人：酒店坐擁金雞湖美景，外部環境開闊，空氣清新，負氧離子含量高，讓人身心放鬆。內湖中的黑天鵝更是為酒店增添了一道獨特的風景線，每次看到都讓人心情愉悦。服務感人：酒店的工作人員服務態度極佳，無論走到哪個區域，都能看到他們笑臉相迎，主動提供幫助。這次是和兩位長者一起入住，特別感謝經理小黃，以及小高、小張、小劉、小盧的貼心服務，他們對長者的關懷無微不至，讓我們倍感温暖。乾淨整潔：我們四人入住，一間湖景房和一間套房，房間設計合理，細節處理得非常到位。走廊裏還配備了吸塵機器人和瑞士IQair空氣凈化器，房間窗户可以微開通風，這些小細節都讓人感受到酒店的用心。設施齊全：自助早餐種類豐富，口味也很棒，滿足了全家人的需求。健身房雖然不大，但器材齊全，完全能滿足日常鍛鍊的需求。總之，這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次一定會再來！

LLancaoyu非常滿意，帶孩子來玩，選了個離山塘街很近的酒店，沒有方向感，打電話給酒店前台，很熱情貼心的站在路邊等候，幫忙拿行李。整體裝修風格很獨特，對於我這種丟三落四的人來説細節太好啦，前台有充電寶，房間有租用電數據線，特別方便。窗外景色很漂亮。

MMiao LingThe gated hotel is a co-op made up of restored and new buildings, a restaurant, and a spa, but nothing over 3 stories. There are numerous restaurants once you leave the grounds -- go west. Get the breakfast buffet, it is worth it! The tourist center is a block west and next to the Grand Canal. Go there, and ask the nice young lady how to get around. The hotel will give you change for the bus. The police and information will help you in the metro. Be sure to walk up and down the canal, enjoy people watching, especially the young ladies dressed and made up in beautiful period piece costumes. You can rent one yourself if you wish to participate. Most of the tourist sights are within walking distance, including the Humble Administer's Garden and the sanpan ride on the canal. The hotel also has a nightly cruise sign up. If you want to see a panda, you'll have to go to the Taihu Wetland Park -- it's about 30 km from the hotel. You can get there by cab or public transportation.

IIsadoraThe hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

Bos dan kakitangan sangat bersemangat Jika masa yang sesuai, akan ada kenderaan komersial untuk membawa anda ke tempat-tempat indah di Daerah Gusu. Memasuki dari pintu belakang hotel, teksi boleh pergi terus ke tempat letak kereta pintu belakang kecuali pada waktu terhad, yang agak mudah. Apabila anda keluar dari pintu masuk utama, berjalan ke kiri anda dan anda akan menemui Osmanthus Cake dan Plum Blossom Cake Jika anda pergi ke kanan, anda akan menemui kedai lelaki tua yang melukis penanda buku dan selebriti Internet Hydrangea Ice Cream. . AAdairThis hotel was beyond breathtaking. The view, the aesthetics, everything was top notch. Great staff and great food. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel is extremely far away from city life, so it’s good to bring snacks either way you. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
