房間不錯，衞生也很乾凈，就是去的兩天太熱了，因為房間是中央空調不能調節冷熱，但是服務很好，致電前台，立馬幫忙準備了電扇吹風，非常好！每個員工見面都會主動打招呼，很熱情，很主動。前台辦理入住的姑娘多些熱情會更好。早餐的特色麪條蕈油麪味道很贊。唯一遺憾的是 泳池沒有開，的確太忙了 可以理解。

The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

小朋友生日過來小住一下，小朋友反饋很滿意，下次還要來，所以就覺得這是一次性價比很高的住宿。
悦椿和悦榕莊連在一起的，帶娃閑逛酒店的時候遇到以為外籍高管吧，中文很棒，給我們簡單介紹了一下，還帶去二樓那，可以去到邊上悦榕莊的大堂。就是太熱，不然室外坐着看看就也很棒。
小朋友很喜歡的小童樂園，不大，但是滿足3歲的小朋友還是足夠的，幾次去玩，小朋友也不多，玩的很盡興，海洋球顏色也很好看，而且後面就有衞生間。要説不好的話，就是開了兩個大電視機，小朋友的視線或被吸引過去。
酒店的泳池也很棒，一開始以為是在一樓外面步道看到的那個，想着私隱性有點差啊，實際呢是在B1。小朋友區域的水温還比正常的那個高一丟丟，更適合小朋友，而且上面還有塊大浮板，適合旱鴨子小寶寶。被她當做阿拉丁神毯飄在海上。
房間的床品很舒服，每日香薰也很喜歡，雖然窗簾拉開就能看到對面房間，但是拉着紗簾問題也不大，娃可以看到對面小童樂園也很開心。如果知道有帶低齡寶寶入住的話，提前在房間放置踩腳凳和圍欄的話可以更加分，更符合親子系。
酒店還會有好多活動，咖啡拉花的咖啡很好喝，遺憾因為廣場有活動，當天的高爾夫車環遊獅山這個取消了，後面就晚上自己去溜達了一圈。早餐也很好吃，不大，但是該有的都有，還有日系的味增湯蕎麥麪，而且味道都好不錯。好像豆花的豆腐厚了點不夠絲滑。
總體性價比很高，很適合帶小朋友。

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues.
-Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side).
-Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked).
-Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety.
-Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet.
-No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets.
-Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking.
On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The swimming pool on the third floor is very comfortable. It's a good place for a holiday. A small request for the hotel: the restaurant staff should wear masks in the morning. The room was spacious, a huge window facing hillside that allowed a calm, relaxing retreat from a busy city life. The only negative thing I could mention is the creaking bed, but otherwise it's comfortable. The breakfast is Chinese style, so don't expect a continental one, but it was very good, tasty and nutritious (baozi, egg, porridge, corn, sweet potato) There aren't many restaurants open nearby, and basically no shops at all, so better to bring some snack just in case you can't find something to your taste.And if you arrive without a car, expect to walk a lot, but the lake and the surroundings are beautiful, I definitely recommend this place.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is conveniently located close to the dock. The hotel includes breakfast and can provide lunch and dinner. All dishes are made from local production. The dishes are good. The host and the staff are all very accommodating and try their best to help and are always available. The hotel was fully refurbished when we came. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. The cost appeared reasonable even during the national holiday. We chose a room with a balcony. The terrasse adds a lot of convenience and is really enjoyable. We used it often. We did spend a pleasant time there. An important reminder comes as the hotel is close, maybe one of the closest to the dock. Therefore the activity around the hotel is intense, starts early and finishes late. This can affect light sleepers and is reinforced by the fact that the island is a heaven of silence.
The island is perfect to reconnect to the nature, the slowness of life. We did appreciate our time walking around the island, visiting every small street and enjoying the pleasant view. People are very nice, organisation in the island is good and provides all the necessities. A good place for one or few days stay with or without children.

Berlari, berbasikal, membaca masakan Suzhou. Saya juga ingin mengeluh dengan emosi bahawa pekedai, Abang Ren, sengaja menaikkan tahap homestay Xishan!
Saya agak malas. Sebaik sahaja saya mendaftar masuk, saya meminta tukang masak Anhui untuk memesan 4 makan malam untuk saya, dan merasai hidangan istimewanya. Kecuali Taihu No.1 yang terkenal dan ikan putih yang segar, daging babi panggang berangan ini memang sedap. Makan, berangan lantai ini hanya ada di pasaran, dan ramai makcik dan pakcik mendirikan gerai di tepi jalan di Xishan. Sarapan pagi adalah sangat ringan, dan penjaga kedai Ren, melihat bahawa saya mempunyai banyak senaman, dengan ramah bertanya kepada saya sama ada saya boleh makan cukup.
Ini bukan kegemaran yang saya ingin nyatakan. Saya suka membaca dan mendengar muzik di lobi. Sudah tentu, terdapat juga larian pagi dan kayuhan untuk bangun pada pukul 5 setiap hari untuk menghadapi matahari terbit.
Pekedai itu menyediakan 5 jenis basikal yang berbeza. Saya bergilir-gilir untuk merasainya. Selepas menunggang 85 kilometer dalam dua hari, saya mengembara ke seluruh utara, selatan, timur dan barat Pulau Xishan.
Persekitaran untuk berlari sangat bagus. Saya memandu sekitar 24 kilometer bersendirian pada pagi pertama sebelum berfikir untuk kembali apabila matahari telah naik.
Tinggal di sini, dinamik dan statik. Kolam renangnya bersih dan tidak sesuai untuk jumlah senaman saya, jadi saya tidak berkayak apabila memikirkannya. Ini adalah cadangan yang baik daripada pekedai. Saya berharap untuk melaksanakannya pada masa akan datang.

PPengguna TetamuReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
