There is a two-car garage for guest use, equipped with EV charger, with a connecting mudroom & washer/dryer--the perfect area to enter after a hike to take off your shoes or enter with groceries, shopping bags, etc.There's high-speed internet through the property, but please remember we are in a mountain location so sometimes there may be disruptions.Cameras located on rooftop and lower driveway are in place for security of the outdoor perimeter area.
