PPengguna TetamuA beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings.
The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

RRolandinhoOnly suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room.
We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not.
Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice.
After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

PPengguna TetamuDas Hotel Daniel ist ein Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. Wir waren 2 Familien und haben zwei Nächte verbracht. Der Service war aufgezeichnet. Uns wurden wurden sofort die Koffer abgenommen und in einen versperrten Raum gebracht (sowohl bei an als auch bei Abreise). Dies war besonders hilfreich, da wir mit dem Zu an-/abgereist sind.

MMaxim.MThe Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel.
One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

TTenzin QuekLovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment.
The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast.
I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria!
The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

PPengguna TetamuVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

However, the amenities were quite basic — no coffee, body lotion, or similar items provided. The air conditioning had an unpleasant smell when turned on, suggesting the filter needs cleaning. While the stay was fine overall, the price of over €200 per night felt steep given the no-frills setup, though it was a popular weekend. Ideal if you’re after something simple and clean, but not luxury.
