"GERMAN Disappointing treatment of regular guests - we won't be back My husband and I are in Graz every two weeks for work and have already stayed at Aiola Living several times. After a smooth stay, I booked two more on site - including a confirmed credit card. Despite this, our next booking during a long weekend (public holiday) was canceled - allegedly because we had missing payment details. That would have been bearable - but the way we were treated was simply disrespectful. On the phone, my husband was fobbed off in an unfriendly tone, with comments like: "Not everyone has a vacation." In the end, both bookings were simply canceled because we "didn't decide quickly enough" - with the statement that we would no longer be welcomed as guests in the future. A problem that could have been resolved amicably in two minutes became the reason for them to get rid of us. Very disappointing. Absolutely unprofessional for a hotel with these standards. We certainly won't be coming back. He was told, “Not everyone is on holiday,” and both bookings were canceled simply because we “didn’t decide fast enough” – ending with the statement that we were no longer welcome as guests. A simple issue that could’ve been resolved in two minutes was turned into a reason to dismiss us. Extremely unprofessional for a hotel that positions itself as high-end. We won't be returning."

The air conditioner is, but even at 18 degrees it doesn't cool. It was hot. The windows are not open as the morning is a rumble of garbage, and the open windows haven't saved. They are in the yard, no air traffic. But the loudest thing is the cleaner of the cart on the floor with a tile, pulling it out of the elevator so that you jump in the room. The metal thunder on the cafe... The thunder bottles in the garbage... In general, it is exactly not a place for sleep. Also, the hotel does not provide him with information that he agreed to move with you to another room and a late check-out... to me the cleaner came twice. The second time I was in the shower and very scared. I have no room for settlement on the code castle so far... The smell of food and the sounds of life of all people will be brought from the balcony as it is a yard with a residential house where residents are living their usual life. In general, the impressions are extremely controversial. The aesthetics of the building, yes, but not comfort."

"Silvie Lumy 5/5 just reviewed this on Google. We booked this hotel for one night before our trip to Croatia, and I can highly recommend it. It's also great for longer stays, of course. The hotel is pet-friendly, very clean, and the rooms are well-equipped and spacious. We stayed on the ground floor with a terrace and lawn. There's a kitchenette, a sofa, and the bathroom is okay. The bed and especially the pillows are 5-star quality. There's a spa area and swimming pool, as well as a charging station for electric cars. There's also a 50kW charging station nearby at Hofer supermarket. We'll try the breakfast tomorrow, but I think it will be just as 5-star. I paid a total of €20 for two small pets. Parking in front of the hotel is free. The underground parking costs €12 per day. There are several restaurants nearby... we'll try the Mandarin."

"The food was mediocre, and the assigned seat in a window alcove (certainly not officially designated as seating) despite other free seats was unacceptable. The receptionist was arrogant and told my husband, "Get your wife back," after I had already looked around the restaurant. That's no way to treat guests. The service was attentive but completely overwhelmed. It was a truly unique experience. I think this hotel, restaurant, and lounge will no longer be relevant for me when considering a stay in Graz."

"The room matched the photo, but... The bathroom door kept collecting towels on the floor, and overall, it was very cramped. The air conditioning didn't work/cool the room even at 18 degrees. There wasn't a hanger! There was nowhere to hang clothes at all. Only on the backs of chairs. There was no iron or ironing board on the floor, in the basement, or in the room, and this is the highest category. There was a small closet with shelves and drawers. There were curtain rods, but no curtains. There were external blinds, but you have to be sure they're there because the staff in the chat didn't know about them and said they'd come and hang them up. And they'd replace the pillowcase with the yellow stain. Do you think that happened?! Of course not...! And the most epic thing is that in one day, three people entered my room without asking (twice by the cleaner and once by other guests). They had a booking confirmation for the same room and a different door code (they have combination locks) that opened the door to my room. Then the argument began over the phone and in chat (there's no reception in the building). They tried to move me to a room of a lower category (without a kitchen) and blocked access to the room by changing the information in the app. I had to spend a lot of time, effort, and nerves trying to get into the room assigned to me with my belongings. One of the operators hung up on me when I refused to pack my things, move back to a lower category room, and wait until the next day for a special team to investigate the incident. They didn't respond at all in chat… it was a technical error by the hotel, and they didn't even apologize! Only upon checkout did I receive an email saying they were sorry and… were waiting for me again! Thank you, no thanks…"
