The hotel has a paid parking lot, which costs 20 euros per day. Taking a taxi from the hotel to the main train station costs about 13 euros."

"Dear dog lovers, - this is "NOT a dog hotel :-((" - not dog friendly - no dogs allowed in the breakfast room (!) - no service for dogs (!) - as soon as a dog enters the breakfast room, "the staff panics" - we were unfortunately "thrown out of the breakfast room" in a very panicked and very rude manner and sat on a "lonely, uncovered table right next to the reception, in the entrance hall - without place settings - without service" (unfortunately, instead of setting the table for us, the service staff had to chat with the receptionist for minutes about private matters) - really extremely annoying!!! (this is doubly bad because the day before we were allowed to have breakfast "normally in the breakfast room with the dog", and the next day we were "virtually bullied out" by "two hotel employees plus a guest") - when checking out we received a "rotten, tarnished chocolate mini cheap praline" :-(( *super annoying* *absolutely NOT recommended* *this was "the first and last time" at the Hotel-Süd*"

"GERMAN Disappointing treatment of regular guests - we won't be back My husband and I are in Graz every two weeks for work and have already stayed at Aiola Living several times. After a smooth stay, I booked two more on site - including a confirmed credit card. Despite this, our next booking during a long weekend (public holiday) was canceled - allegedly because we had missing payment details. That would have been bearable - but the way we were treated was simply disrespectful. On the phone, my husband was fobbed off in an unfriendly tone, with comments like: "Not everyone has a vacation." In the end, both bookings were simply canceled because we "didn't decide quickly enough" - with the statement that we would no longer be welcomed as guests in the future. A problem that could have been resolved amicably in two minutes became the reason for them to get rid of us. Very disappointing. Absolutely unprofessional for a hotel with these standards. We certainly won't be coming back. "A good location, easily accessible by car and convenient for exploring the city of Graz on the other side of the Danube on foot. The private, uncovered parking right in front of the entrance is convenient. Surprisingly, upon arrival, we were informed that reception was only open until 8:00 PM; after that, entry would be permitted with the room badge through a back door—a highly unusual option for a 4-star hotel, I would say. The room was basic, with a comfortable bed and a renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, but unfortunately no bidet. No Italian channels on the TV. The staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, which we found to be too expensive for our usual fare (cappuccino and croissant). I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Graz, but expect a decent 3-star hotel!"

"The staff was incredibly nice, the breakfast buffet was as expected, but the hotel itself was unfortunately a flop. We booked the JUFA specifically because of the children's areas (indoor & outdoor), and they were a joke. The "playground" consisted of 2 rocking animals (one of which was cordoned off) and the children's playroom had a climbing wall and a wooden platform with a slide (unsuitable for small children) as well as a small play stove, an incorrectly hung and therefore unusable activity board and broken autumn decorations. In a normal hotel this would have been great (except for the broken decorations), but not when you advertise it specifically and the hotel name is derived from YOUNG FAmilie - I expect more. Especially for the price. The room was very small and unfortunately the cleaning staff only made up the blankets but didn't empty the rubbish bins. Parking costs €12/day and isn't even in a garage. Not centrally located, no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Unfortunately definitely not recommended!"
