Tren istasyonunun hemen yanındaydı. Temizliği çok güzeldi. Yataklar çok rahattı ve çok büyüktü. Banyo da çok büyük ve temizdi. Ama böyle güzel bir otelde terlik verilmesini beklerdim. Televizyon eskiydi ve internete bağlanmıyordu. Buzdolabının da tam soğuttugu söylenemez. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama geliştirilebilecek özellikleri vardı elbet.

The location is not the best. Good if you like a quieter stay, but in terms of convenience it's not too great. 15-20 minute walk from the central station, and the city centre is in the opposite direction. You can take public transport fairly easily, but it is also basically necessary to take public transport to get anywhere apart from the supermarket downstairs. However, the hotel itself is very nice. Modern and well furnished rooms, with helpful facilities including a washing machine (you need to download an app and pay through it). Staff were also very helpful, helped me with luggage storage and to print my train ticket for my next destination. If you don't mind the location, I would recommend the stay here, it is nice value for money.

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

The Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel. One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

Гостиница отличная, расположена в 600 метрах от вокзала, очень удобно. До главной площади 15 минут пешком. Кругом куча магазинов, ресторанов. Жил в номере 117. Из минусов номера - отсутствие чайника и холодильника. Вы серьёзно? Ну ладно чайник, горячий кофе и чай можно купить рядом с отелем. Но холодильника почему нет? Места для маленького холодильника в номере очень много, розеток тоже в номере достаточно. Это очень неудобно. Купишь ягоду и не знаешь где хранить.

Lovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

旧市街に近い場所でスーパーもすぐ近くに3軒もありました！バジェットホテルなので最低限のものだけが備わってますが、スタッフの方も親切で泊まって良かったです！グラーツにまた来る時にはここに泊まりたいです！
