I wanted a room with the sunset view but this was great too. Location was decent as it was a right next to 威尼斯水城 and enjoyed morning walks along 东港. The host was also helpful and responsive on WeChat. I liked that there was a 24hr convenience store downstairs and food delivery right to my doorstep. There was a foul smell coming from the sink but that did not affect me much. Bed was huge and even had an extra portable heater/aircon. I was surprised by the TV which I used to play songs using their music app everyday.

這次帶小朋友入住大連中山廣場諾富特公寓體驗超驚喜！地理位置沒得説，中山廣場旁地鐵出門就到，逛吃出行都便利。房間是公寓式格局，空間寬敞還有完整廚房，帶娃熱輔食特別方便。 最加分的是酒店對小朋友特別貼心，辦理入住主動贈送了兩份積木玩具，孩子拿到愛不釋手，一路哭鬧都少了很多。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，落地窗視野開闊，房間隔音效果很好，孩子午睡完全不受打擾。配套健身房、自助洗衣房實用性拉滿，24 小時前台工作人員温柔耐心，有問題響應超快。兼顧酒店服務和居家舒適，親子出遊首選，下次來大連還選這裏！

We stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit. Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes. Where do I even start? The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference. Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures. One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy. We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care. To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here. This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt like home, the view of the sea is really beautiful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to Venice and the beach with beautiful seagulls. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have a safe deposit box. There is no problem with hot water in the bathroom for 4 people as long as you know how to use it. I am very grateful for the service of the room staff, Miss Li Feng Jun, who was very helpful and felt like family, and also the staff at the reception who were very helpful.

I had an excellent stay experience. Wang Fei at the front desk was extremely welcoming during check‑in, explained the process clearly, and thoughtfully introduced the hotel’s latest activities and surrounding information. The service was attentive, professional, and heartfelt, greatly enhancing my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

## Penginapan Keluarga yang Hebat di The Castle Dalian Kami tinggal sebagai sebuah keluarga selama empat malam di The Castle Dalian dan benar-benar menikmati pengalaman kami. Bilik kami yang luas dan dihias indah di tingkat 12 menawarkan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan, menjadikan penginapan kami benar-benar tidak dapat dilupakan. Lobi pintu masuk hotel ini sangat besar dan direka bentuk dengan elegan, mewujudkan suasana yang mesra dari awal. Untuk keluarga dengan kanak-kanak, terdapat kawasan permainan yang luas, yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. Nasib baik, tetamu hotel menerima kadar diskaun. Di luar, hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang menawan dengan pemandangan hebat ke teluk dan landskap yang indah—sesuai untuk berjalan-jalan santai. Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit kecil, jadi perjalanan pulang ke pusat bandar agak lama. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma adalah sangat mudah, menyediakan pengangkutan mudah turun ke bandar dan kembali. After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!
