Hotel Harbin dengan Sarapan

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Pemilik sekeluarga sangat mesra seperti keluarga sendiri, sentiasa sedia menjawab sebarang pertanyaan. Bilik dihias dengan ***a Timur Laut yang unik, selesa dan elegan. Pemanas lantai sangat berkesan, jadi orang dari selatan tidak perlu risau tentang kesejukan. Lokasi homestay ini sunyi dan tenang, tetapi sangat dekat dengan kawasan pelancongan utama, jadi kami boleh pulang untuk berehat bila-bila masa kami letih. Pir beku dan kesemak beku percuma, perkhidmatan bawa bagasi yang prihatin, dan masakan rumah yang sangat lazat – setiap butiran membuatkan hati kami berasa hangat. Saya sudah mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan yang akan melawat Snow Town!

A good and inexpensive hotel to sleep in case of late arrival in Harbin or a long junction at Harbin airport. The room is clean, everything is new, good air conditioning. The location is unusual, in a small village, corn fields and vegetable gardens with onion beds are all around. The airport is close. In the morning, roosters scream 🐓 Breakfast consists of simple but delicious dishes of north-eastern cuisine. Instead of coffee or tea - hot soy milk. I think I'll come back to this hotel again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ibis Hotel ialah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Harbin. Hotel lain dengan keadaan yang sama adalah jauh lebih mahal. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Disebabkan saya mempunyai dua anak dan hanya ada dua bantal di dalam bilik, saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta bantal. Selepas beberapa ketika, makcik perkhidmatan bilik membawa bantal dan membawa saya 4 botol air mineral. Kalau tak cukup minum boleh minta lebih.

Staffs hospitality was very good ... the weather was cold but they had warm hearts greeting us everytime we step in or out. we dont speak Chinese and Zhu was always welcoming and assisting us when we had enquiries. And location of the hotel is superb. You can walk around the Zhongyang st or get around to anywhere in Harbin with ease. Hotel rooms are big,clean and with comfy beds.

Membawa anak perempuan saya ke Harbin buat kali pertama, semuanya meninggalkan kesan yang indah kepada kami. Hotel Xiyue adalah kegemaran kami, benar-benar sesuai dengan namanya. Kemudahan hotel, kebersihan dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan tarikan utama, kira-kira sepuluh minit berjalan kaki. Perkhidmatan dobi layan diri menyegarkan pakaian kotor anda, dan katil urut elektrik menyediakan rehat yang santai dan selesa untuk pengembara yang letih. Kakitangan pengemasan penuh perhatian dan mesra, memastikan bilik yang kemas dan bersih setiap hari.

Hotel lima bintang yang sangat bagus, daripada penerimaan tetamu oleh gadis-gadis kecil di meja depan kepada bantuan dan bimbingan budak lelaki penjaga pintu dengan bagasi. Terasa hangat sungguh. Seratus meter di sebelah kiri hotel adalah Central Street yang terkenal, di sepanjang Sungai Songhua. Ruang istirahat di lobi hotel juga sangat selesa. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pelayan restoran atas semangat, keprihatinan dan semangat bekerja keras mereka. Seronok melihat semangat generasi muda yang cerah dan berdedikasi. I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
