Cchwllsaeethe hotel was so clean and modern, with a really big room -- more than enough for 2 people. the location was so great because it was right beside a theatre and we cld even catch a last minute show there! the hotel was close to our needs ie shopping, sightseeing at the royal mile and city centre.

Room is 2 single beds, simple, with ample shelves, as expected from student accommodation. Attached bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a separate common pantry with refrigerator, microwave for your use. Near by is the Arthur's Seat hill.
Excellent buffet breakfast with, bacon, sausages haggis, breads, eggs, yogurt, fruits, tea & coffee etc.
Walkable to city centre with many shops along the way.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a nice little hotel close to waverly station and other attractions like the old town and dean’s village - and a number of useful shops for food and other needs. The location is truly the highlight. It’s clean with comfortable beds and we found ourselves looking forward to returning here after a long day of adventures. We were even treated to free breakfast every day - a simple but delicious assortment of pastries, fruits, juices, coffee yogurt - currently available to all guests (but not sure if that’s always the case). The staff is friendly but not overly enthusiastic, which was fine for us.
However there are a few things which were a bit of an inconvenience. We were delayed in reaching the hotel due to train cancellations and wanted to contact the front desk to let them know of our situation. But when we tried to call them around 9pm, we had to ring them around 10 times to be in touch. The hotel does not provide basic amenities like bath robes, slippers or drinking water bottles (insisting guests use the bathroom tap) in standard rooms and these have to be purchased (though we were provided with a robe kindly) at rather unfriendly prices. While we can appreciate that tap water is safe to drink, as we do drink it regularly, it is a bit odd to assume people will be happy to use the bathroom. If the concern is for single use plastic, some kid of self-refill station for the guests would easily address that. Our in-room phone did not work and though we were informed it would be replaced, it wasn’t - which was an inconvenience at times when trying to reach concierge for any questions. The rooms did also feel much smaller than they seem in the pictures but it wasn’t personally an issue for us. The lighting is quite poor though so it can be an issue anyone needing it for getting some work done or putting makeup on etc. Lastly, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations so some rooms like ours have no views at all due to the scaffolding but we had expected it while booking.
Overall, this hotel is great for travellers who need a clean and comfortable place that’s also very well-located and don’t need much else from their stay.

Stayed at Stewart by Heeton Concept for 2 days and I would absolutely love to come back in the future!
The apartment was spotless — no dust, no bed bugs, fresh clean bedsheets, and a tidy washroom. Everything was well-maintained and made for a really comfortable stay. It truly felt like a great place to relax and unwind.
The only two things I’d mention as areas for improvement: the check-out time of 10:30 AM felt a little early, and a few basic toiletry amenities like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and slippers were missing. Everything else was provided and well-stocked.
Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended. Will definitely be returning! 😊

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh has been overall very satisfactory. The location can be quite tricky but I did not mind the walk to Princes Street which is about 10 minutes. The amenities provided were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff did a good job but since it is a rug flooring, I found that nails from previous guests were still on the flooring which indicated it needed a proper cleaning process.
The check-out time of the hotel (11 a.m.) does not coincide with that on the site (12 00) but it was not an issue since the staff let us keep the room until 11 30 a.m.

The stay was comfortable and affordable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The food lounge serves the same items every day, and the options are quite limited. Additionally, although parking is chargeable, it’s still very difficult to find a spot late at night. I returned from the Scotland Highlands around 23:30 and couldn’t find any available parking at the hotel

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely amazing. We arrived very late due to heavy snow- they checked us in and organised an extra bed literally within 2 minutes of arriving. The service is efficient and rapid. The gentleman who looked after our room in house keeping was awesome, he helped us settle in and the little touches to make the kids feel special was duly noted.
The manager down on the reception desk was excellent. Everything is managed very well, there is no waiting and the service is outstanding.
The view at breakfast is amazing! Mountains in the distance covered in snow. Our stay was better than expected. Parking ✅ Swimming pool and sauna ✅ Food ✅ Service ✅
The hotel location is convenient and the restaurant space is open plan and cosy yet very busy. The hotel does need some updated but everything works well.
The location is literally next to the zoo and the overflow car park 🅿️ is next to the hotel.
The staff here are outstanding. High praise. Thank you.

SSMYTGreat accommodation for solo travellers. When I arrive I was met with a very friendly receptionist who briefed me on the stay. The reception and the bedrooms were in separate buildings for me (Old Town) but only across the road. The beds was comfortable and I was fortunate enough to have roommates who were quiet. Toilets and showers are separate, and it is clean every now and then. 4 stars because it is quite tight inside the shower the overall really good for what price you pay and would definitely come back again.

PPengguna Tetamuit was a great experience. The ambiance was very nice 24 seven there was a receptionist and also the cleanliness was good and food is also good. I would highly recommend someone who is visiting Edinburgh to stay there because it’s closer to the town. It’s very affordable and and one of the best places to be around very close to the Dean village as well.
