Hotel Genoa dengan Sarapan

Beautiful hotel with great atmosphere of palazzo! Streets on back side are narrow and interesting to visit. Street cafes and small shops all around. Walking to central square is 7-10 minutes.

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

In una posizione tranquilla, dalla stanza si poteva vedere un bel verde. Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile. Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco. La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse... Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.

Очень удобно расположен рядом с вокзалом, идти было близко. Завтрак простой, но есть выбор : йогурт, круассаны, сыр, фрукты. Достаточно полотенец, единственное - пол достаточно прохладный , нужно ходить в тапочках.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Hafeneinfahrt und ist ideal von dort auf eine Fähre zu gehen. 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Parkplatz bis zur Hafeneinfahrt. Ausserdem hat das Hotel einen offenen Parkplatz am 3. Stock für größere Fahrzeuge. Ein MB Sprinter H2L2 kommt knapp durch die enge Einfahrt. Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service sehr gut. Buchen sollte man über IHG direkt. Das Frühstück für 16€ ist sein Geld wert. Der Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht ebenfalls 16€.

Ubicado frente al puerto. Reacondicionado como nuevo. Habitación confortable. Personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo. Hay que tener cuidado de noche, el ambiente no es de lo mejor. Recomiendo el museo del Mar. Hay un tren turístico que hace city tour en frente del hotel, económico 10 euros. Disfruté la estancia. Muy recomendable.
