TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

MMarkThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

小小惈出走記The traffic is not too convenient, but it is close to the airport. We only got off the plane in the early morning and the taxi was not too expensive. The toilet in the room was quite big and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Friendly and very nice!
You can freely use the water server. The facilities were clean and well cleaned. The air conditioner is perfect. There are plenty of outlets. However, if you don't pay attention to the shower, the floor will be flooded.
Location is a bit walk from the station, but the bus stop is close and close to Ferrari Square, so it's perfect for shopping and dining!

GGuest UserA little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional.
The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

YYudumPersonal à l'accueil très sympatique. Ils parlent français c'est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Only bemol the draps are not changed every day... there is just a cleaning of the rooms without change of draps. Good stay. Near the city. I recommend.

MM353200****The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the station. The room itself was surprisingly good. I arrived early and they kindly allowed for an early check-in. The front desk staff were all wonderful! The bathroom was also quite spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a super cute elevator!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

This instantly imbues the space with a rich artistic ambiance, making it feel like a truly aesthetic haven where contemporary style meets timeless art. Setting a high standard for service, every interaction, from check-in to room service, showcased professionalism and genuine care. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, resulting in a flawless and truly perfect stay. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!

MMarinaThe location is excellent, breakfast is basic (italian style), room small that smells like dust with bathroom that looks more like the one on a cruise ship. Bed was very uncomfortable because it has old style blistering springs. I guess it’s fine for night or two.
