"The location is excellent, breakfast is basic (italian style), room small that smells like dust with bathroom that looks more like the one on a cruise ship. Bed was very uncomfortable because it has old style blistering springs. I guess it’s fine for night or two."

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences ”Harborview” I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view . Location : its located only few steps from Darsena Metro and a lot of historical locations around this place . So if you are a solo traveler and its your first time to reach Genoa , this is a good option for you . Note : make sure you book the room with balcony

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

The location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Principe e a 10 minuti dal centro città e dal porto. La camera è pulita e confortevole. Sono disponibili acqua in bottiglia, tè e caffè solubile. L'unico inconveniente è il piccolo box doccia.

We booked 2 rooms: one for my parents and the other for myself. While mine didn't have much issues, the bin in my parents' room was not cleared and there were strands of hair on some of the towels. The AC in their room also wouldn't turn on, luckily it was a cool night so they didn't have to use it. What we both encountered was that the water pressure would become very low during peak times, making showering virtually impossible. The only advantage this hotel has is the proximity to Genova Principe station and a couple of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Hotel in una posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico di Genova. La stanza singola è essenziale ma funzionale. Il bagno risulta un po' sacrificato, sia per le dimensioni sia per la disposizione dei sanitari. Segnalo un difetto del vetro della doccia, che comportava ogni volta la formazione di una pozza d'acqua sul pavimento.
