Cari Hotel 4-Star di Genoa

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

La posizione è ottima, il centro si raggiunge molto facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti e, pure vicino a zona trafficata, non si sente nulla, gli infissi sono eccellenti.  Le camere sono spaziose e abbastanza luminose, ben fornite, e il personale molto professionale e disponibile. 

La struttura è molto pulita e curata nei dettagli, con camere confortevoli e accoglienti. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire assistenza. La posizione è comoda per muoversi in città, anche se non proprio centralissima rispetto ad alcune attrazioni. Le dotazioni e i servizi sono buoni, anche se potrebbero essere ulteriormente migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più completo. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, good location for intercity hopping

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Останавливались второй раз. Отель немного подновили, но, к сожалению, не обновили основное - систему вентиляции. Шумная, либо не работает, либо работает очень плохо, есть видимая плесень. Есть желание за это поставить вообще единицу. Но, персонал очень приятный, завтраки хорошие, в целом чисто, а местоположение вообще прекрасное, поэтому пишу отзыв как есть и оценки выставила объективно.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie w samym centrum miasta Genua. Mimo tej lokalizacji, nie przeszkadzał mi hałas. Jedynym minusem jest bardzo malutki prysznic, biorąc pod uwagę jak duży jest metraż (pokój nr 3)
