This hotel lies north of Genoa city. Approximately 15-20 minutes of a boredom drive through the gutters of the city. A nice surprise when you see the hotel coming up uphill. Nice and convenient parking behind the hotel. The staff is very very friendly. Check-in' went quick. Elevators are slow. Wi-Fi is adequate. Room coverage is ok. The room itself is clean, basic+ and small-medium sized. Bed is ok, but I think the matrasses could be replaced. There is a modern and spacious gym in the hotel with great Technogym equipment. The breakfast is good to perfect and the staff serving and maintaining it is the best I had since a long time. I had a wonderful (business) stay at this hotel and will return. The even have electric car chargers, which is a plus!

В отеле так же находится приятный лаундж-бар и ресторан с видом на порт. Номер в котором мы проживали (самый дешевый) превзошёл наши ожидания- очень большой номер (примерно в полтора-два раза больше чем номера подобного класса в других отелях) с огромной кроватью и ванной комнатой с раздельными ванной и душевой кабиной на выбор. В целом можно сказать что NH Hotels держит свой хороший уровень.

Terdapat hanya dua nota negatif kecil penghawa dingin agak terlalu tinggi kedua-duanya sebaik sahaja kami tiba di dalam bilik dan kemudian sekali lagi keesokan harinya di bilik sarapan. Jika saya mampu memberi nasihat tentang sarapan pagi, mungkin keluarkan beberapa croissant dan letakkan focaccia dan buah-buahan kering. Tetapi keseluruhan struktur yang baik yang saya cadangkan

staff were very helpful and would try to help you on all your queries. hotel was close to the bus stop (#18 to go to city center), and the nearest metro station (dinegro) was about 10-15 mins by foot. but if it is summer, it's really hot and you'll be sweating at the time you reach this station. breakfast was just OK, food was less compared to other novotel hotels i've used in the past. room was not so clean expected of a 4-star hotel (especially the bathroom) - need to improve on this. sink was also not on the expected state, water could be accumulated easily and could take time to be drained. elevator was a nightmare, took forever to have your place. it says 11 person capacity, but could not take more than 5 people. there were only 2 physical elevators, and we've experienced a day that the other one was not working. there is a swimming pool, but not usable in the morning (closed) because according to the front desk, the person with the key comes in the afternoon (let down when you want to spend your morning at the pool). also very small TV (and no hdmi interface) nor apps.

A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial. We stayed for one night in Genoa before our flight the next day. The hotel is located a little away from the main areas and not much amenity around but close to cruise terminals and airport. Check in and particularly check in staff were very good. Rooms was fine with all essentials provided such as basic toiletries, safe, TV. Breakfast was include and had plenty of choices.

In quest'albergo prenotato tramite booking io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati bene. Abbiamo trovato quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria. Stanza e bagno con l'essenziale e puliti. La posizione e' sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, vicino alla stazione principe. Il personale si e' dimostrato sempre cortese. Colazione buona, con le solite cose degli alberghi. Da segnalare purtroppo la rumorosità della zona stazione che le finestre non sono riuscite a tenere bene fuori. Comunque lo consiglio per il rapporto qualita/prezzo

I missed 3 trains and ended up staying in Genoa. Most places were book because of a festival. The Europa was wonderful! The service in particular was fantastic. The clerk spoke excellent English and did everything possible to help me both on the night I arrived and the next day. The room was very clean and large. 2minute walk from Principe station. I had a great stay. I would go back again. I highly recommend it!

When my flight from Genoa to Amsterdam was cancelled, and there wouldn't be another flight for 2 days, I wasn't sure what was in store. But Delta came through and put us up in this hotel (AC Hotel by Marriott, Genoa Italy). The hotel staff were amazingly accommodating, and generous to a fault (especially the manager). The hotel was clean, with an upscale look, and only a quick bus ride to the center of the city. I am most grateful that I ended up in this lovely hotel and for the staff's gracious and professional manner.

We arrived at OStellin genoa late, however were welcomed with open arms. We were given a tour upon arrival which I think is a really really nice touch. So personal. The buildIng confused me at first. It is very old and it does look abandoned until the second floor (hostel entrance).I think this added to the mystique. I felt as though I was living in the servants quarters of a wealthy palace. In a Good way! Bedroom was fine, I would have preferred curtains. There was a bit of noise regarding construction being done outside. I did not love this, however it is not the hostels fault. The kitchen was amazing. Free juice! I loved that! Also free milk and cereal etc. People were very nice and social. Would suit a solo traveller or a group! The sink and toilets were not in the room. Two toilets are also showers so I had to wait ten minutes to pee at one point! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They provide locks if you need one. Would recommend. A very vibrant place with vibrant people.

Estamos muito felizes com a estadia. A localização é muito boa. O atendimento foi muito bom, todos os atendentes foram bastante prestativos. Nosso check out ocorreu às 10h da manhã mas o nosso voo era só as 19h então eles conseguiram um lugar para deixarmos as malas até às 17h quando fomos ao aeroporto. O café da manhã e as instalações do quarto também foram de acordo com as nossas espectarivas. Pelo custo benefício, recomendo com certeza.

Very disappointed... We came here today to stay 2 nights until Sunday and we are not happy with the room, we need to keep the light off in order to take a shower because the window in the bathroom has a very see through curtain. We went to the receptionist, and he didn't give us a proper solution, he lied to us, he said that they are full, and their website has availability for better rooms, we are not looking for a free upgrade, we are not that kind of people that is complaining, but we expressed our unhappiness and lack of privacy. He offered to cover the window with a towel (before to go downstairs to tell him, we tried and didn't work), that's not a solution. We just wanted to have a nice weekend coming for special date for us as a couple coming from Ireland and Mexico. We are very disappointed with the staff and no resolution.

staff were very helpful and would try to help you on all your queries. hotel was close to the bus stop (#18 to go to city center), and the nearest metro station (dinegro) was about 10-15 mins by foot. but if it is summer, it's really hot and you'll be sweating at the time you reach this station. breakfast was just OK, food was less compared to other novotel hotels i've used in the past. room was not so clean expected of a 4-star hotel (especially the bathroom) - need to improve on this. sink was also not on the expected state, water could be accumulated easily and could take time to be drained. elevator was a nightmare, took forever to have your place. it says 11 person capacity, but could not take more than 5 people. there were only 2 physical elevators, and we've experienced a day that the other one was not working. there is a swimming pool, but not usable in the morning (closed) because according to the front desk, the person with the key comes in the afternoon (let down when you want to spend your morning at the pool). also very small TV (and no hdmi interface) nor apps.

One cannot ask for a better location in Old Town than where this Best Western is! It's very close to the Port, shops, and restaurants - all within the winding old streets of the old town. The room itself was fine - a basic hotel room with all the normal touches. One thing to note - we left our room right at check out (11am) and as we were standing by the elevator, two housekeeping women walked right into our room - as if to make sure we were gone. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the years and never saw this before. It obviously wasn't personal but I do suggest one leaves promptly or you'll get walked in on...

В отеле так же находится приятный лаундж-бар и ресторан с видом на порт. Номер в котором мы проживали (самый дешевый) превзошёл наши ожидания- очень большой номер (примерно в полтора-два раза больше чем номера подобного класса в других отелях) с огромной кроватью и ванной комнатой с раздельными ванной и душевой кабиной на выбор. В целом можно сказать что NH Hotels держит свой хороший уровень.

Um bom local para se hospedar se estiver aguardando voo pois ele se situa bem perto do aeroporto internacional de Génova. O hotel fica distante do aeroporto 1km, portanto se estiver com malas precisará de algum transporte até o aeroporto e o hotel não dispõe de transfer. Foram muito gentis, sairíamos antes das 6 h da manhã, prepararam uma cesta com biscoitos e iogurte para nós na noite anterior. Para quem quer passear por Genova eu não recomendo pois fica um pouco distante.
