"Comfortable stay with helpful front desk staff. Floor a little creaky and bathroom really small. Room size was adequate though. Location is good with heating throughout the hotel. It gets dark around 430pm in the winter and the Happo One ski resort closes at 330pm."

Absolutely gorgeous environment and atmosphere with traditional Japanese styled rooms that confer the most relaxing and peaceful experience during our stay. Our room is equipped with private onsen facing the snowy mountains offering another level of unparalleled tranquility and comfort after a long day of skiiing.
Also worth mentioning that the staff at the entire premise are so attentive and caring that they would ask about our needs on amenities and restaurant options - they even gave us a full catalogue of restaurants nearby when we were wondering what to eat at night.
Overall, the experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel

Pengguna TetamuHotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable.
The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out.
Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently helpful and professional. In particular, she assisted us with booking a bus and later arranging a taxi, always handling our requests with efficiency and a warm attitude. Her support made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel is very nice and have Japanese+Western Style. We really like the atmoshere and the owner, Mr.Kashiwabara and his wife are very nice to us. He introduced us many things and also drive us to the train station on the next day. The facilities in house has everything you need. We enjoy the onsen very much and the water is mineral and clean. We hope to go back again. Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff. I was there off season, so there where no more shuttle busses available. Since the hotel is directly near the slopes, there are no direct shops near by. And you have to either walk 20 minutes to the nearest Lawson or take a taxi. I liked the japan-western style room. The owner was so kind to take me to the Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort which is only a short drive around the corner. There is also a Ski Resort just next to the hotel but it was already closed for the season.

Guest UserThe location is very good, a few tens of meters away is a free bus stop, you can go to various ski resorts, the boss is very enthusiastic, can provide the village station shuttle and a lot of help you need, we stayed for three nights, arranged a two-story suite, The toilet kitchen living room is independent, the tatami is upstairs, very warm and warm, next time you choose to go here

Wonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl
We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past two Decembers. Overall, it is reasonably priced, conveniently located near the ski resorts, and has a bus shuttle stop right in front that runs between the hotel and the ski areas. The onsen is a great bonus, especially after a day of skiing.
However, I must say that the breakfast is not as good as last year, and the service has declined slightly compared to our previous stay. The open-air onsen is not as clean as before, and the indoor onsen also shows signs of neglect, with used towels piled in the corner.

Jova我對這間酒店很滿意，地點一流，職員友善，房間舒適。
房間不論是燈光、氣溫、床褥被鋪都很舒適，特別要讚揚房務姐姐，把房間清潔得非常乾淨。房間有兩個露台，其中一邊可看到八方尾根滑雪場。
住了六晚，每天早餐食物種類大致相同，但也豐富。當中三晚分別到酒店不同的餐廳享用晚餐，第一晚在酒店內吃自助晚餐，食物種類很多；第二晚在酒店旁的The Forest吃西餐；第三晚在酒店旁的The Forest吃日本菜，三間餐廳的價格不貴但很美味。
而放滑雪用具的Dry Room則在酒店外，是真的乾燥房，還有烘乾雪鞋的機器，而不是某些酒店所謂的Dry Room而其實只是一個Locker房已而。
