"Very convenient location as a base for trips to Zermatt/Sion. We also rode the train to Montreux and Thun very quickly and arrived in our next stop in Italy very efficiently. Reception was very friendly and helped provide a wall plug that worked with our electronics. Simple but great for the price!"

"The small hotel room is not big but quite cozy. The old lady boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived very early in the morning, thinking that there might not be any available rooms to check in. The old lady said that you should have a cup of coffee in the restaurant first while I go to see if there are any ready rooms, so she asked the waiter to bring us two cups of coffee. Before the coffee was finished, she came back and said that the room was ready and you could go to the room after you finished drinking the coffee."

"The room was clean and spacious. I entered the correct information during self-check-in, but it was rejected several times. Since there was no receptionist, I had to figure it out on my own, wasting a lot of time. It's about a 20-minute walk from the nearest train station, feeling like a mountain climb. Dragging my suitcase along the way was extremely difficult. Furthermore, I was subjected to discriminatory remarks and behavior from a white person in a bar along the way; the surrounding area is not very safe. While I suppose it's unavoidable if you're looking for cheap accommodation in Switzerland (17,000 yen per night), I wouldn't stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel inside with lovely traditional decor throughout. Rooms are actually very modern inside with superb multi headed shower jets! . Lovely large rooms , huge bathroom and very comfortable beds! Staff were lovely but my main recommendation would be to try the restaurant and if they still do it the duck. Wow, best food on our trip around France, Switzerland and Italy . I would definitely recommend this hotel . Only stayed overnight so can’t tell you anything about Brig!"

"The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by photogenic buildings. Arriving at the hotel around noon, the friendly staff, who were on their lunch break, proactively greeted us, led us inside, allowed us to check in early, and enthusiastically introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. The room was spacious and clean; aside from the slightly small shower, it was acceptable, although the shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cold items: nuts, fruit, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, yogurt, and bread. Hot items included coffee, tea, and eggs; there was also a toaster. There's a church opposite the hotel; evening masses are held outdoors, which is quite interesting."
