No Juice at all or Lemonaide all 4 nights. Reserved a room with a Tub . They did not accommodated that request. There was a pill on the floor in our room . The bed was very uncomfortable The pregnant blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Shower head was broken Room not cleaned asked for it to be cleaned . They came in on the 4th night and made bed and took out trash . The same stains were on nightstand ..3 rings from a cup . they left a red bottle of airfreshner or cleaner unlabeled in our room. Alarm went off in middle of the night the front desk yelled at my husband and told him they are dealing with it. I called customer service and Supervisor Melanie offered me 8000 points . I was there not on vacation. I was there because my Dad was dying he died on the last night of our stay...Not being able to sleep in a comfortable bed or partake in the amenities they advertised was very disappointing. We are booking 37 rooms for my Dad's funeral in Rochester and because of Choice dropping the ball we will go elsewhere . There was also a man from France that spoke very little English and he had a reservation however they told him they didn't have a room for him. After 2 hours they used the company card to get him a room at a different hotel .

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Easy to check in and out and free parking was nice but would not recommend this hotel. The floors had no carpet which increased the noise level. The sink is in the room itself and not in the bathroom and had no counter to set up toiletries. The sink bowl was cracked in two. The bed was a creaky frame with a mattress on top and reminded me of a prison bed. There was evidence of a leak in the ceiling in the corner over the sink so the ceiling was stained yellow and was peeling. Hotel had two floors but no elevator. The water pressure was good and it was clear housekeeping did a good job. The nightstand had spots where the paint has been peeled off.

This hotel is starting to show it's age, but is kept clean. I've stayed here at least 4 times in the past few years and I have not been disappointed. The front staff is always nice and accommodating. There is no free breakfast, but we purchase the breakfast with our room. Upon arrival we receive our breakfast tickets. Good Starbucks coffee in the morning and a breakfast sandwich. Wifi works great and parking is plentiful.

Stayed here for two nights for a trip to the strong museum. If you’re contemplating this hotel, don’t bother. Went with another family. When we got there at 5 pm, we were told by the receptionist that my friend’s room wasn’t ready. My room was ready but discovered the carpet wasn’t vacuumed bc there were crushed makeup powder (or pills?) all over the carpet and stained bed cover. I can overlook a mishap like this but seems like shortage of staff has been an ongoing issue at this place and the person at the front desk was extremely rude and just did not want to be there. Just look at the latest reviews on google and you can see that this is not an isolated incident.

I am a student it was my first trip to Rochester to join the university of Rochester i stayed only 1 night the hotel was good like a 3 star hotel it was clean the breakfast was good the overall experience was good i am satisfied
