The overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner. However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose. Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon "schrumpeliger" ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

Mooi hotel, mooie kamer, heel mooi zwembad en sauna. Zeker de moeite waard, vlakbij Zuidstation, toch rustige buurt.

Fijne ontvangst door vriendelijk personeel, ruime lobby, prima kamers, schoon, ontbijt is uitgebreid genoeg, Zwembad, klein maar toch fijn. Omgeving met veel antiek en galeries, leuke restaurants en dichtbij het Centraal station.

Weekend sympathique entre amies, le personnel est vraiment accueillant.

Ein gutes Hotel unweit der Innenstadt. Zimmer an sich sehr geräumig, sah allerdings schon etwas abgenutzt aus. Aber für 1 oder 2 Nächte reicht es auf jeden Fall.
