Hotel berhampiran Citygarden, Bucharest

Sono arrivata giorno 4/12/2022 in hotel e la stanza presentava dei peli e della sporcizia generale, ho tralasciato ciò… Il giorno dopo nessuno mi ha pulito la stanza tuttavia sono entrate le signorina della pulizia a buttare la “spazzatura”, hanno buttato un box di scarpe appena comprate che erano necessarie per la vendita. Il giorno seguente ho esplicitamente chiesto di pulire la stanza, ma hanno cambiato solo le lenzuola senza cambiarmi gli asciugamani, che ho dovuto richiedere più e più volte. Il penultimo giorno sono entrate in stanza di nuovo per le pulizie le quali non hanno assolutamente pulito o ordinato i letti o la stanza ma hanno RUBATO una borsa, io in buona fede ho pensato che l’avessero buttata, essendo caduta per terra, sono andata alla reception dove mi hanno detto che loro non hanno visto nessuna borsa. Sono veramente sconvolta, è altamente grave che vengano a rubare nelle stanze. Se ci fosse stata dentro la carta d’identità sarebbe stato un enorme disagio per me, trovandomi in un paese che non conosco e dovendo tornare in italia. La colazione è rumena, senza possibilità di dolci o di cornetti, senza poter bere un cappuccino o un caffè, ma solo un caffè annacquato dentro il bollitore del tè. Mi hanno fatto pagare 20€ per degli asciugamani sporchi, come se li avessi dovuti pulire io! Il personale non è scortese ma non ho belle parole per descriverli, data la mia rabbia, sono veramente delusa, dato che le recensioni non erano male. SCONSIGLIATO

Really nice staff especially front desk and morning breakfast. However facilities could do with some upgrading especially the carpets (fully flat) and the aircon. We were there during really hot summer and it took a long while (like hours) before the temperature could come down to a reasonable cool level/

Amazing hotel and great quality. Been there to enjoy the capital and I can say that the location is formidable. It’s located in the old town and just a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops. I had a good time enjoying the hotel amenities and the bedroom.

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

Location is very good , for weekends it is the best , always recommend

When I arrived at Hotel Tranzzit there was absolutely nobody manning the desk. Granted, it was around 11pm, but the website lists no set check-in time limit (just that it begins at 2pm). I waited around 45 mins for someone to show up, and the person who did arrive was not very friendly or communicative. After some back and forth I was told that they had no record of my booking — however I had just received a phone call from them the day before (no message left) so they definitely had my information. The night receptionist showed me the personal information of everyone else staying there to ask if I was staying with those guests, which seemed like a breach of privacy. He asked if I had paid yet, and I said no, but he gave me the keys and let me into the room without paying. Very strange check-in experience. Overall, the room was not bad. Unfortunately I was in the room directly beside reception and you can hear absolutely everything, so I was awoken every day by the phone ringing or people chatting. The daytime receptionists were very friendly although did not speak English, and I made sure to pay for my stay in the morning. My room had one large bed, a closet, a bathroom, a window to an outdoor seating area, and a television — although I never tried the TV as you could hear everything from the lobby and vice versa. No hot water on the first day but the second day was fine. Soap and shower gel is included in the bathroom. No fridge or kettle in the room but there is a kitchen. Breakfast is not included but one coffee per day is allowed if you ask the reception to prepare it. Wi-fi is uncharacteristically spotty for Romania and would connect and disconnect every minute or so. The great thing about this place is not only price but location. You are only around 8 mins from Gara de Nord and there is a laundromat on the way as well. Lots of Mega Image grocery stores nearby and even a nice park. Metro, etc. are all located conveniently. It's very easy to walk to the Old City and the area with the Atheneum. Overall, I didn't hate my stay here. It was a bit awkward and strange but the daytime receptionists were very sweet and feigned being impressed with my almost-non-existent Romanian, hahaha. I would stay here again for one or two nights if I was travelling by train.

Fantastic hotel with great design, very quiet and relaxing. The hotel has a modern lobby and a stylish restaurant. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Excellent and very helpful staff. They treat their customers just like family. Definitely I will recommend this hotel.

During my recent travels, I came across the best place to stay. It's luxurious yet surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy high-end accommodations without breaking the bank. The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.

В целом хороший отель, понравилось, что есть трансфер из/в аэропорт. Удобно для подачи документов на визу США (рядом). Но в центр города далекова-то (утром пробки в эту сторону)...
