Lokasi hotel sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan Kedai Buku Athens. Restoran hotel juga bagus, dan makan malam serta sarapan pagi semuanya dimakan di hotel. Kumpulan pengurusan Accor. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di hotel sangat bersemangat. Saya juga melakukan SPA di hotel, dan teknologinya okay. Satu-satunya penyesalan adalah untuk berunding dengan hotel sebelum ke hotel tentang tambang teksi dari lapangan terbang ke hotel. Hotel ini tidak mengatakan, tetapi saya sangat mengesyorkan perkhidmatan jemput lapangan terbang hotel. . . Argentina memang murah! We picked this hotel based on the reviews and our Marriott platinum elite status. We had been in Argentina on vacation for 3 months and on our last night I wanted an “American” touch of home. Our stay was fantastic! We asked for a room in the newer tower and it was huge. The room was very clean, great water pressure and had a wonderful view of the obelisk. There was some street noise, but this is a big city, and that is to be expected. The staff was wonderful and although my husband is an Argentinian, they switched into English when they saw that I had a struggle with the language. The pool area had a view of the entire city, with a big, clean locker room to shower and kill time before our flight. Restaurant was great and the cocktail lounge even better.

We stayed at the NH Corso as a last minute choice as the hotel that I reserved canceled my reservation, was full and the NH had 1 room left so we took it. I arrived in a very unhappy state and despite my demeanor, Demetrio at the front desk welcomed us with a big smile and kind words. He gave us his undivided attention, answered our questions, and added a little humor to his welcome. Demetrio’s delightful and helpful greeting lessened the stress and hardship of our situation. He was also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay, as well as the other members of the staff. In fact, he made our stay better than we could have expected. I give Demetrio and the other staff 5 stars. As I hadn’t planned to stay at this property, I didn’t have any expectations. However, I can say that the NH is new and clean; it still has some kinks such as no open restaurant right now, but kinks are common with new properties. The NH is located just off a Main Street with shops and restaurants and a 2 minute walk from the Metro’s Lima red line that is a few stops away from the Duomo stop. There is a buffet breakfast with a nice selection of bread, cheese/meats, eggs/bacon, yogurts, cereal and plenty of sweets. There is also a coffee machine that makes a variety of delicious coffee styles. There is also a selection of milks, including soy. The room has a Lavazzo coffee maker. Hotel problems we experienced: 1. The shower is a nice walk in style, except the water runs past the center drain and all over the floor. It is best to take a quick shower to limit the amount of water running all over the bathroom floor or ask for extra towels for cleanup. It seemed to be an issue for the all the rooms with walk ins, not just mine. 2. The hotel apparently waits until summer to turn the air conditioning on, so the room is very hot, 24C. Although I was able to set the temperature to 18C, it doesn’t actually get any cooler because the air conditioning unit hasn’t yet been turned on by the hotel. We had difficulty sleeping in the sauna that was our room. The gym was a whopping 27C and our workout was quite uncomfortable. We found a usb powered fan at the Kasanova store down the block for 15€ that we stuck in our window that only opens 5-6 inches (image attached). This did help cool the room. I realize that the hotel is a business and that reducing energy costs saves money and is environmentally friendly, but isn’t the customer comfort of the utmost importance when staying at a hotel? Perhaps the hotel can reduce costs by serving less cake for breakfast and allowing customers to adjust the temperature in their rooms year round. Before those 2 problems, I was giving the hotel 5 stars, for the great staff. Because of our discomfort in room temperature and flooding shower, I have given the hotel 3 stars.

We arrived yesterday after a night flight… our tour company Condor Travel arranged for an early check in at 0830 am which was very helpful. The room is clean and has a great shower. Sadly the room noise from the air conditioning was very loud through the night. We can also hear the elevator… and I think the breakfast restaurant must be above us as we were woken up at approximately 4am with music… as we are returning shortly after a few days away… we will request a better room. The maintenance man was brilliant… we couldn’t get the safe to close or the air conditioning to work… we put a call into reception desk and within 10 minutes it was all sorted…thank you. We ate in the main restaurant for lunch the Caesar Salad was first class and the club sandwich big enough for 2 with fries. We will update on our return in a few days.

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Las instalaciones nuevas y limpias, desde el hall de acceso, el ascensor y la habitación. La recepción muy buena, recupero como valoracióin altamente positiva que quienes me recibieron hicieran cambios de ulitmo momento que les era posible, para hacer todavía mejor mi estadía. En relación al servicio, noté que no tienen tendido de cama (sugiero que se exprese en los sitemas al momento de hacer la oferta) y en el desayuno que sale un pormedio del doble que en cualquier bar a una cuadra a la redonda del hotel, la oferta es pobre en relación a lo gastronómico, pero cordial en la atención.

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight from London. On arrival, greeted by staff and found that our room 102 was ready for us. The room was really good, pleasantly surprised at the size and facilities in the room. It was very clean. The room overlooked the front of the building over Main Street. We went to the rooftop bar for a drink to find it was Happy Hour, the bar staff were very friendly and very willing to make conversation with us in good English. Breakfast in the morning was buffet with a good choice of hot and cold selection. Due to early arrival of taxi I left medication on table in room. I realised and emailed them and found that housekeeping had found them and they were held in Reception for me to collect a few days later. The hotel is a little away from the more central part of the city. There are some nice little cafes in the area. The only negative comment I can make was the noise outside the hotel from some young girls who continually shouted and screamed and banging on bins etc which woke us in the early hours. No fault of the hotel but if a light sleeper the noise at the front could disturb you. Overall would I stay again, yes.

Fui para o Hotel Parada extremamente preocupada em virtude das avaliações negativas, mas arrisquei pelo preço baixo e pela localização. Vi avaliações que relataram questões com limpezas e precariedade no serviço de quarto, consequentemente, já viajei com lençóis e toalhas na mala. No entanto, fiquei seis dias no Hotel e, honestamente, não vi nada das falhas apontadas pelos demais hóspedes, talvez o Hotel tenha tentado melhorar. Quartos confortáveis, limpos, não houve barulho noturno, tampouco sol entrando nos quartos. Atendentes prestativos que indicaram que poderíamos pedir toalhas novas sempre que quiséssemos. Os banheiros não possuem box, mas quem já viajou para outros países sabe bem que a questão do box é mais uma tradição brasileira, e não foi um fato que fez com que o banheiro fosse desconfortável. A localização é ótima, com duas agências da Western Union próximas, muitas padarias para tomar café. Me senti na obrigação de fazer esta avaliação pois, dentre tantas avaliações negativas, os dois quartos ocupados por mim, meu companheiro, e nossas mães, não corresponderam às críticas tecidas nas avaliações.
