Ulasan Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Waterfront

We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Location is very nice sea View

Water pressure was terrible. There was not enough seating at breakfast. The shower head was pulled away from the wall. The thermostat was not regulated for the room as it was a central system so at times the room was super hot. When I asked to have it adjusted I was told all they could do was provide a box fan. The location to my business meeting was great and the walking path was awesome.

酒店風景特別棒，樓下餐廳也不錯，舊金山回國短暫停留3晚，房間配套也很舒服，雖然有點老舊的感覺，但是整體服務環境都不錯

環境不錯，酒店也挺大，周邊沿着海岸線走走不錯，正好看舊金山機場的飛機起降。酒店房間衞生可以。就是接待的前台服務一般，尤其是一位個子不高的亞裔女生，態度很差，一副愛理不理的樣子，特別是針對中國客人所表現出來的不屑一顧。

Room was SUPER clean and the bed, ahhh the bed! It was hands down the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel.

Nice views, walk is nice, quiet. But the facility itself is not clean, very old, bathrooms are rusty and have mold & mildew. air quality in the room is bad. Beds aren't clean and furniture is very old and dirty. staff is kind and responsive

Everthing was exstreamly clean. Wondering breakfast with good choices. The omelet bar was amazing. I will be staying here again if I ever have to come back up this way. One of the best hotels i have been to in a long time.

The hotel is nice, but the beds are not queen size they are smaller. We try to call the front desk because we didn't have towels and pillows for everyone and they never answer on any of the available extensions.
