Ulasan Kolon Seacloud Hotel

There was hair on the bed when I checked in, but it was too late and I was too tired to bother asking for a change of sheets. The outer room is very spacious, with a kitchen and a large multi-purpose table. The inner room has a bed and a wardrobe. Breakfast was decent. The beach is just across the road, and there's a snack street right downstairs.

Clean rooms, nice stuff, delicious food for breakfast!

Hotel is clean and spacious. However the entrance is not obvious hence need to walk around to locate the lift lobby which leads to the hotel lobby at level 4. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush is not available in the room. I did not enquire with the room service as I brought mine. Nonetheless, the area is fantastic which is close the many restaurants, food stalls and the beach.

My family stayed in Kolon Seacloud Hotel in the Deluxe Super Twin Room (Ocean View) in mid June 2025. The room looks recently refurbished, furnishings and bedding look new, and bright lights. The room is quite spacious. The room has 2 queen-size beds. Our room is on a high floor and we had a good view of Haeundae Beach. Very convenient location just across the beach and the traditional market a short walk away.

Perfectly Placed and Practically Paradise If location is everything, this hotel is winning at life. Right below it? Cafes, restaurants, street food galore, and a subway station that whisks you anywhere in Busan without breaking a sweat.  If navigating public transport stresses you out more than your actual job, this place is a no-brainer. Just roll out of bed, grab a hotteok downstairs, and you’re basically sightseeing already.

Amazing location, big sized rooms, we took the sea facing room so had fantastic views and breakfast was great. All around we were very satisfied with this place

Affordable and big accomodations, suitable for short stay with family. Staff were friendly and attentive to our requests. However, the flooring had a few popping ups which may cause discomfort to feet, so we wore slippers in the room.

The location is excellent. Supermarkets, a food street, and cosmetic shops are all conveniently located just downstairs. The beach, with its soft, fine sand, is also right across the road, and enjoying the sea breeze in the evenings was very pleasant. Please note that check-in is on the 4th floor; you'll need to take an elevator from the ground floor up to the 4th, then switch to another elevator to reach your room's floor. The hotel does not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes. The room is quite spacious, featuring two large (1.8m) beds, and there's enough space to easily open luggage for four people. It also includes a refrigerator, and four complimentary bottles of water are provided daily. Highly recommended!

Carpark provided 👏 Early check in 👏 Clean 👏 Location 👏 View of beach 👏 Elevators very slow and always busy, the doors shut very quickly, my friend got jammed in between the doors and hurt her arm ❌ Noisey during sleep hours ❌ No air con ❌ Random people walking down hallways and knocking on our door ❌ We had to return to reception twice for new key cards as ours stopped working and wouldn’t open our room door. ❌

Very near to the nearby attractions and there are lords of eateries around the hotel area.. room is big n spacious.

Great location! Near the traditional market and easy to get around

Booked the executive suite. The view is to die for. No fuss hotel but the lift is slow and there’s many people which makes the waiting experience a little frustrating at times.

It was a great stay! View was good. Hotel is very clean. Service was good. Recommend to stay here! Only comment is bathroom could be bigger if there is refurbishment of rooms next time 🙂
