I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.

我住的房間裏沒有帶靠背的小沙發，所以看電視、喝茶吃點心有點尷尬，坐在墩墩上沒依沒靠的，不過呆在房間裏的時候畢竟不多。

Rooms and breakfast really great and in the beautiful 13. District with the palace around the corner and many places to enjoy good food. What really turned me off was the unpleasant lady receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. I would expect a bit more friendly staff in the front office of a 4+ star hotel. Leading up to the visit we also had troubles with the booking and one of our rooms got “lost” and brought a lot of confusion and frustration. It almost felt like we had to apologize the inconvenience of booking rooms.

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldn’t do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Good overall experience.

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. It’s a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didn’t help much. As we were on the road and lot of driving ahead we were really sad about it. I guess it would have not been an issue if the room was in the other side of the hotel.

The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

Paid $10 extra a night for a room with Windows (they highlighted if never pay and upgrade, we will have rooms with windows that can’t be opened) - not complaining but seems like a usual sales Tactic

that has many simple food and drink items.
Not much in room amenities. No slippers or bath ropes or toothbrush etc. Only a simple hand wash and a all-in-one shampoo and body wash in toilet. No bottled water provided.

I was on a tour and this hotel was the choice, it was in a run down district, you go around the corner and feel like you are in a different area, not a good one. There is construction all around the hotel, it is 2 blocks from the tram but not much right in the immediate area. They had turned off the AC and the rooms were very warm, only a small flip window to open. The food was not very good, breakfast buffet was not appetizing and we had dinner which was a sort of ballroom type of meal and not very good. The rooms were large and well furnished and the beds were comfortable but I would not want to stay at this hotel again.

聽維也納同事説內城區比較好 於是選的內城區的酒店 位置就在sisi museum附近 從sisi開始遊覽之後往南走 路線不錯 之後再另一個方向看一下斯蒂芬大教堂和黑死病紀念柱
之前來過一次維也納 感覺這次訂的明顯比上次的4星酒店好得多 服務態度比海底撈還好 不愧是5星

I stayed at the Park Suite with View. The rooms were large and well-fitted, with heated marble floors. I loved the windows overlooking the Christmas markets. The spa is stunning. The gym is new. I loved breakfast at the Bank. Josie, Stefano, Martin and the team were generally fantastic, helping me with my needs. However, I want to highlight Karim, who was exceptional. I stayed with Hyatt since 2021 when I graduated university, over 300+ nights since including PH Bangkok, PH Niseko in Japan, PH Seoul, and some of the best non-Hyatt hotels in the world. Karim was the best concierge I’ve ever had. Here are 3 reasons: He is an excellent problem-solver; I asked where I could get cake, he called up the most famous cafe in town with the best cakes (Cafe Central) and gave me a card to show them. I had not thought about that cafe because online reviews had said it was impossible to get into. If he hadn’t, I would have to wait an hour in the Vienna cold and rain. He even assured me he will come to the cafe if they didn’t let me in, and I know he meant it. I had the best experience because of him of Austrian pastry. There were some hiccups with bookings which were due to language mistranslations which he resolved immediately. He gave me bathing suit recommendations (because the pool didn’t sell any) and the best Christmas market recommendations, because I deserved better experiences than the average one in front of the hotel. Karim goes above and beyond as a concierge for hospitality; I needed a phone charger, and it wasn’t charged out of the box, when I came down later it was all charged ready for me, because he is prepared. He recommended an orchestra show (at best music hall where Vienna does New Year’s concerts that go for 10,000 Euros on the Black Market). I was very impressed by his thoughtful recommendation. He made small talk that made me feel welcome and seen by asking about my story; I was traveling alone at Christmas yet I had the most amazing time because of Karim’s recommendations and gestures. He genuinely cares for guests: He switched out tour guides because I was uncomfortable with a third-party guide, which he didn’t need to do. I know that no matter who the guest was and what they needed, Karim would deliver his 200%. Karim’s exceptional service is the reason why I will choose Park Hyatt over other hotels everytime and will fully recommend this hotel and Hyatt to friends, family and strangers. I hope he gets recognized by Hyatt for his impressive work. There is no request too ridiculous for Karim, he always tries his best for guests.

PPengguna TetamuWow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

It was a joy to come back to Hotel Stephanie after day's sightseeing in Vienna! The hotel is full of interesting antiques and clocks and the dining room is stunning. The room was so comfortable and staff so efficient. We had the Imperial Dinner one night - trying lots of traditional delicious food and the breakfast had so much choice. I could recommend enough!!

The key discrepancies include: The room featured a bed only 140cm wide, contrary to the expectation set by the listing images. The bed was made with a single set of bed linen, and only one pair of towels was provided, inadequate for a booking made for two guests. Believing this to be a mistake, we approached the hotel reception the following morning for clarification and requested an additional set of towels and bed linen. Despite being assured of this adjustment, our room remained unchanged upon our return, with the initial single set of linens and no additional towels provided. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were offered a ”free upgrade” to another room, which matched the description and images of our original booking. This situation leads us to believe we were initially provided incorrect accommodations. This experience not only caused us significant inconvenience but also raises concerns about the accuracy of room descriptions and the quality of service provided by the hotel. We believe this situation warrants compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience experienced, as well as an explanation for the initial discrepancy in room allocation. Also, hotel didn't answered for this request in direct messages to them and didn't accept my refund request that I sent to them with help of *********** support :)

PPengguna TetamuChaotic My wife and I had booked the nearby Arcotel Donauzentrum months earlier for a three-night stay. Two days before we were due to arrive we got an email from Arcotel saying they had messed up our booking and we were now in the Kaiserwasser (K). K never seemed to recover from that. The good things about K are that it has a large car park and is close to a metro station so you can get to central Vienna in a short time. But it is a business hotel and tourists seemed a bit of a nuisance. The staff were kind but seemed to have awful trouble with their accounting system. Since we had been dumped on K, we had a fairly grim room but decided to make the best of it. Breakfast was OK and there is a nice open-air eating space. TOP TIP: if you are driving to this hotel, be aware that Google Maps has great difficulty finding it as it is in the middle of a spaghetti road system. A lot of the roads in the area are in tunnels and GPS reception disappears. Nightmare. The K is just about OK but there must be more pleasant places to stay for the price.

We wanted to stay in the same area in Vienna as we had on a previous visit and a friend living in the area recommended this hotel We were made welcome on arrival and the staff were excellent during our 3 night stay. This hotel is very well located with tram and train station close by. You can get the train from the airport but need to change trains. Taxi to hotel from airport is 60/65 euro. Ouch!! Breakfast is available in hotel but we breakfasted in the restaurant attached outside to the hotel Rooms are large and have ac. All in all a very enjoyable stay and value for money

This is the ONE property my sons and I stayed at that wasn't found from Rick Steve's guide books. It was a fairly last-minute booking found through google maps and chosen due to location and price. What I liked best: the beds! We had a triple and my single bed was the softest bed in 10 hotels for 18 nights. Second best: the breakfast was amazing. Half the breakfasts I added upon check-in as European hotel breakfasts fast became my sons' favorite meal. Third best: the front desk staff were extra helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on travel to the stadium. I needed an unrelated reservation printed out and they did it quickly and didn't charge me - I don't think. Haivng worked in the hotel industry for 6 years, I know many hotels would have charged for this service. LOCATION: The hotel was close to Ernst-Happel Stadium with a train/tram stop right outside the hotel. We took the 25 train/tram, walked maybe 2 mintues to the U2 u-bahn station and the U2 took us right to the stadium. APPEARANCE: The outward appearance of the hotel was the one detractor and the reason I almost didn't book it. It's a large white square with a blue horizontal painted line across and to be blunt, it looks sketchy. But the lobby area inside is nice and the dinning area decor was downright elegant. And while our triple room looked straight out of the 70's, the bed was comfortable and the room satisfied our needs - a quiet place to stay.
