Hotel Perniagaan di Casablanca

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

The Odysssee Center hotel is a very solid choice. It's a typical city hotel. A high rise building. Not a lot of charm, but few city hotels tend to be. Rooms are good sized. Queen size beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. For some reason we only had one towel in our room

They fixed the ac but still wasn’t strong enough, if you can’t afford an ac just don’t write you have ac in the rooms. Stuff was very helpful though

I went to onomo for the weekend. The hotel is located in a central place. The decorations is very nice and chic. I had a wonderful breakfast served by houssam and Jalal very helpful smiling professional and funny. A soon as I wanted to bring something it was already on the table thank you very much to both of them for this experience.

Hier hebben we met ons gezin overnacht. Het hotel is een gemoedelijk Marokkaans hotel. Er zijn er veel van en deze was een van de leukere en betere hotels. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het station zodat je eenvoudig je weg kunt vervolgen of naar het vliegveld kunt. Treinreizen in Marokko vraagt wat plannen en uitzoeken, neem daar dus je rijd voor. Vanuit het hotel kun je allerlei kanten op. Wandel bijvoorbeeld naar de kust, of naar de grote moskee en ga dan naar de souks. Ook daar kom je allerlei leuke dingen tegen.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Positives: Excellent friendly staff. Good sized room and location. Ok breakfast spread. Negatives. Room 201 dangerous bathroom with shower door coming off wall and no seal, water everywhere. When door breaks free watch out. Base of shower cubicle broken. No seal. Leaking hot water system in bathroom obviously for a while.Staff notified on 2 seperate occasions. The room needs proper maintenance done yesterday. Whilst comfortable I feel there are better options around. Hope this helps.

Very cute hotel. Our room was modernly decorated, clean, and spacious with a nice size bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was really good with several delicious items such as cold meats, cheeses, fruit, and the most incredible array of loaves of bread. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend it.
