Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat.

The bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds des chutes et juste derrière la Skylon tower. Parking gratuit. L’hôtel est correct, bonne literie. Il y avait un drap et un couvre-lit tachés à notre arrivée mais lorsque je l’ai signalé l’équipe a été très réactive pour refaire les lits.

The location of the hotel is great; a short walk to the horseshoe falls. Also a short walk around for food options.

My family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.

Went for the long weekend and were charged almost $1000 for 3 nights. The place isn’t bad, it’s just not worth that kind of over charge. If you want a nice cheap place to stay this is it. However don’t pay more than $70 a night or you will be disappointed. If you want to pay what we did, go to a premium hotel.

This is to notify about the terrible experience, unsafe experience we had at your hotel Mammas in .Just before we entered the room we noticed a pile of garbages, food remains collected outside the room . We refreshed and went out at about 5 pm when Mr. Philip ( the manager ) let us know that there will not be a person available in the reception to open and gave us a pass key to access and enter . We got back to the hotel room at about 2 am and we were taken aback as we still found the trash lying there all rotten . There was a gap under the door and the smell entered the room which left my husband sleepless as it was a bad stink . There was no one on the reception desk or anyone to reach out at that time to ask them to get rid of it Then the next day , We get ready around 10 am and the trash was still there unattended . It shows how unhealthy and unhygienic the property is maintained . The other issues we had were as follows : When we got the room to see that the toilet potty was all yellow stains . Cleaning was done but not fully or neatly . Lipstick stain at the shower . The shower nob had only 3 holes with the water jetting in an insane force , if reduced there was hardly any water to wash the lather . I informed Mr. Philip about all that I had mentioned above . He said he couldn’t see the trash on the blind spot from his camera as he surveys them all the time . Then he saw them & apologised for the mistake and carelessness of his fellow staff . We didn’t sound complaining rather it was a quite gentle suggestion . Before making the reservation I was very particular about having a good microwave oven inside my room & they assured me they will have one and we did have one. The rim and the glass plate inside the oven didn’t sit quite well. On 23 July 2023 I tried heating up my food and when I opened the door once it’s done the glass plate slides down along with the container of food I had. I held the hot dish in my left hand and the gliding plate with the right hand . Either ones falling on my leg would have lead to an emergency reaching the 911. I was glad my child wasn’t close to me when this happened . My husband got really exasperated after this as all this while we were patient & this was like a trigger. Paying 200 $ per night is no joke to such unhealthy and unsafe environment provided to the guests . I would seriously never recommend this unsafe and unhygienic place to anyone . My husband always insists me on going for brand chain of hotels , but I always wanted to encourage small group businesses and I was so wrong in choosing Mammas in , that way for giving us such an unpleasant disappointing experience.

I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

3rd time that I'll be reposT MY REVIEWS ON THEIR GOOGLE ACCOUNT! They keep deleting my review. If I can give a no star at all that is what this 2 star hotel is best describe. -2 star hotel! We booked the room from the website last April 9 2022 and emailed management at empress inn. Our room #305 located at the top floor right hand side of the frontdesk building. We checked in late and we informed the frontdesk about it. Fast forward, I got in first to our room bec my bf went out to grab some snacks and lay down in the bed. It seemed fine at first BUT when we are about to sleep you can literally hear the bed squeaking even with a very light movement. At this point we did not bother calling or going back to the front desk because it was already 2am and we don't want to walk from third flr to the front office considering that there's no elevator. 2nd issue: heater is not working properly. It goes on and off so we had to sleep in our sweaters and socks on!!! Third. we noticed early morning that there are insects like cockroaches and i dont know what else inside the washroom and on top of the window. WE GOT A COUPLE OF BITES! WE EMAILED PRICE LINE AS THE FRONT OFFICE SUGGESTED BUT THEY DIDN'T TAKE OUR CONCERN SERIOUSLY. They emailed us saying they checked everything and no insects found plus photos are not matching the washroom. like you can really see the tiles are the same from what i sent and what they sent me. They are certain that room is clean and safe of course you guys already cleaned the room before sending photos. see attached photos from me and the one priceline sent me (tile and bowl photo) Please, if you guys don't think this is not a serious concern, you shouldn't be in the business. As a traveller, it is very important to have a good and comfortable place to stay for a short period of time. Even if it's a little bit cheap nobody deserved to experience it. NOW NOBODY EVEN CARE TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. WORST PLACE TO STAY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
