Great placed, good hotel and we feel comfort and feel so happy

Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw. Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Whether for business or leisure, the accommodation at this hotel offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat. Overall Rating for Accommodation: 3.5/5

I goes beyond my expectations! The room is huge, nice and clean

It was very clean hotel, they always clean the room every day. And the staff are nice.

Not the best . The toilet ran all day but could not flush No TV for 2 days because os a so called change to another service supplier. Tried booking direct with hotel at 2000 pesos per night including breakfast sorry fully booked ess the message Went searching the web found trip .com at similar rate only to find when checking in breakfast was not included an extra 1000 prsos for two per day .. Crazy 3 pm check in and early check out of 11 am Maybe convenient for some but not for the average Joe #

All staffs were approachable. Nice and spacious room. TV has youtube and Netflix! Fast wifi as well.

For a budget hotel you get fair service. Great location.

Stayed as it is just walking distance to the clinic where we are going for medical certification for visa requirements to Canada. Room was neat and clean. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice, there are many food choices. Slept well. Area is quiet. You can visit and pray in one of the beautiful churches and probably the biggest in Cebu, the Redemptorest Church right in front of the hotel.

I liked the location although not as easy to find. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Mini fridge was provided, work desk was comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. I liked that its near a convenience store. I stayed for 2 nights - booked as back to back. It was just weird that they could't give me the same room and I had to moved the next day, even though I booked the same category. They moved me to the same floor, next room, a bit odd.
