We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

Bangunan ini sangat tua, bilik telah diubahsuai beberapa bilik, walaupun tidak besar, tetapi keseluruhannya selesa. Bilik dan pembesar suara betul-betul bagus, pintunya juga TV pintar, sarapan juga begitu, tidak seperti sarapan pagi yang disediakan oleh hotel lima bintang, bahan-bahannya hanyalah air, jus oren, jus barli, gimnya kecil , tidak ada, saya harap dapat menambah lagi, Plus, silingnya berkulat!

We moved from India to Jakarta in Oct last week. We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors

I visited Mercure Sabang with my 4 years old and my mother of 84 years old. Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

Its a pod. Ideal for solo. There are many workers when I arrived cleaning (quietly, discreetly and professionally), cleaning the toilets, showers, pods etc.... So the its super clean and fresh. I also had to get to Gambir Station to catcg a train. Tried hailling a transport from the roadside was quoted a higher tourist price. Got back to Bobobox, received help from Denny and Joe, who so kindly help called and arranged a transport for me at a fair price at peak hour 5:30pm. Joe, the Bobobox staff even accompanied me down to the street and waited for the transport to arrive and instructed the driver my destination and that I am going to take a train and needs to arrived at a specified time. We checked in at 8 am due are flight. Mr ridho and his collegue offerd us free breakfast and after that the room was available. The room was clean and bright. The staff very friendly. The hotel is in the centrum of Jakarta and very convient if want to walk around. When we left Mr Ridho gave us a few hours more to stay and taxi was arranged Great hotel great staff

At first they gave me number 612, in which it smelled very much with mold and damp. The fact is that in the hotel all rooms with windows that cannot be opened and, accordingly, trim the room. The number itself is quite good, albeit small. Then they gave me neighboring number 615, also with one large bed. This issue smelled much better. Bed linen and towels are clean. But ants crawl in the room, so you can’t even leave food for a short time. In general, the staff is friendly. The hotel can be selected for a short stay.

Overall is nice hotel from the location closed to central Jakarta and Monas monument and surrounding is easy to find food. The only shower in the bathroom had a low water pressure.

The location is great. The hostel is located right in the middle of Jakarta city. The hostel is actually located on the 2nd floor of the fried chicken restaurant so i think its great cause you can get food when you need it fast. Also this hotel is actually really really cheap, but i think pick the private room instead of the bunk bed cause honestly the bunk bed room is too small. The bed is good but the room is just too tiny
