The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

Great room with comfortable bed and well function bathroom with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste also a soap dispenser. The hotel itself is next to the shopping center (it's literally inside the mall) so any kind of facilities like supermarket, atm, restaurant/cafe are east to find. Just one feedback for the room is there's a lot of glitches in every tv channel, so it's quite bothering. Other than that, this is a solid budget hotel with good location and any supporting facilities.

Its all good, it is a new hotel so all facilities still new and clean. Room is small but still good and spacious for 2 person. The location is near to everything, quiet at night but we can hear from other room, so it’s not soundproof.

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though.
Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

The Japanese style makes the room cosy, but they're small. Good for a few days, it makes packing up a bit hard.
The receptionist and crew are nice. You can get free tea at the reception and free tea or coffee on the rooftop from 5 to 8pm. There is an affordable massage service.
I didn't really have a view on the city from my bedroom. The area is also a bit run down, not like the cbd, but there is a lot of street food around, and warung open late.
The elevator is noisy in the hallway and the music there should be turned slightly down.

I, on behalf of my husband would like to rate 1 or poor during our stay. Because of your management action during quarantine made my husband and my son 8,5 yo are separated for 14 days . You strictly refused him for taking new sample of PCR test while it is valid by current regulation. In addition your team threatened my husband if he did not want to be isolated in Harriston Hotel and preferred to choose in the 'Wisma Atlet' he Will be deported after 14 days isolation. I already Made report to the 'Satgas' team about this and they Said your team's statements were against the law. So i Will make sure to publish this issue in social media so the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston too . You guys , Shangrilla and Harriston has taken advantage of other people so badly.

This is my first time trying Pan Pacific, and it was a terrible experience.
I have always been a fan of Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels. In fact, a few days ago, I was at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was awesome. But at this Pan Pacific, the service was terribly slow. I asked a simple question about their food, but they only returned my call after two hours! Luckily, Plaza Indonesia is nearby, so I could book some food.
The food at the club is for those who are tired of 'Indonesia.' It's too westernized. There should be more options.
As for the room, I am deeply disappointed as their TV couldn't connect with my phone, so there wasn't much entertainment. I called twice to ask, but they were unsure about it and didn't bother to come to the room to check. I went down to the counter and told them I was going out and wanted the TV fixed when I returned. Unfortunately, it was still the same. I ended up watching from my iPad. Even the radio/speaker wasn't working.
Additionally, I was promised a free gift but couldn't figure out what it was.
Then again, they just opened, so I can't blame them entirely. I just think they're not ready yet for customers.
To be fair, some areas they did well:
- The shower experience was really good.
- I requested a birthday setup, and they were able to cater with banners and a cake, nicely presented.
- Club facilities such as gym, swimming and steam room were great as well
I wanted to return to Pan Pacific tomorrow but had to cancel the plan. I hope Parkroyal Service Suites will be better tomorrow.

Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

PPengguna TetamuReally appreciate with all staff and all services Hotel. New newness hotel near central of Jakarta and Tanah Abang. I recommend the room with swimming pool, nice and calm situations. The first day is really good, even the noise come from beside room, and you can asked for moving room (the reception ana will give you as long they still have available room) Breakfast very crowded and no one staff restaurant take the dirty plates glass on your table😤 its like you self serving. But so far the hotel really good. I like the lobby interior, they have guci at the coridor room. The smell really good at every area hotel.

PPengguna TetamuService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

PPengguna TetamuWir waren mit WI auf einer Rundreise hier. Warum in einer Metropole so ein schlechtes Hotel genommen wurde verstehe ich nicht. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht die Realität wieder. Es gab einen Safe, Wasserkocher,TV, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war okay. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zum Gang, roch nach Zigarettenrauch, war häßlich und nicht sauber. Das ganze Hotel war stinkig, alt und abgewohnt. Alles roch muffig, aber wenn man kein Fenster öffnen kann ist es auch kein Wunder. Das Bad war sehr eng aber mit einer guten Dusche. In der Nähe gab es ein Shopping Center-

Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality
