Not a good checkin experience here but still good service attitude for the staff on 7 April morning. Welcome for someone for like local living.

it was an awesome comfy stay, though i checked in late at midnight, the process was easy. Breakfast was good, place was beautiful. It's just that trip.com should give them my contact number, to make communication smoother.

The location was really nice,close the castle ,school,restaurants and riverside.I book single room,but the nice lady of the hotel she upgraded my room. :) I got the big room and had nice rest.The next day the nice guy of the hotel gave me me the transfer guide and the map.Also I got the nice hot breakfast here, the manager was very friendly sharing the town with me. The some street next two doors,got well cafe ,had well handmade cake . The hotel was near the castle and riverside.

Nice historical boutique hotel in the beautiful center of Cesky Krumlov, walking distance to all the attractions. Services and breakfast are all great. Great stay!

Great location around the town, however can be quite a walk from where the shuttle drop off is. Got upgraded, and room was very big and comfortable.

I booked the smallest room, but the location was perfect, and breakfast was included for this price, which was great! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast menu had a variety of options. However, there were a few drawbacks: 1. No slippers in the room 2. Lack of amenities - only shampoo and shower gel 3. No mirrors except for the sink in the small room 4. No outlets except near the TV Nevertheless, the room was warm and cozy, which was great (it even had a refrigerator). I expected it to be small, so rooms 3 and 4 weren't a big deal (I saw a picture of the shower room, and it wasn't a problem). Since I usually bring all my own toiletries, room 2 was also acceptable. Slippers would have been nice, but with breakfast included for this price, I couldn't be happier. Cesky is usually only visited as a day trip, but the night view is so beautiful that I highly recommend staying overnight!

It was really nice. The room was in good condition, and the breakfast was really good, even though I didn't expect much. The hot water came out really well, the water pressure was strong, and I had a comfortable rest.

The highlight of the hotel is the good location and breakfast. I booked a single room as I was traveling alone. The room type is a bit unique. The bathroom has no door, and the sewer pipe is also in the bathroom without any cover. It doesn't feel very good...

It was spacious and nice. The breakfast was especially delicious, and the staff were always attentive. The hot water was also good. I requested a room on the lowest floor in advance because my father has difficulty walking, but that wasn't possible. However, the stairs weren't too steep.

The breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of items.

The service is a bit lacking, B&B-style service, breakfast and coffee are pretty good, the location is far from the square, but within walking distance. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
