This is our second visit in this resort. Lovely and friendly people in this resort. Room was perfect and well service from all staff. The main issue is no milk powder in the room this time.If possible vegetarian food increase. Rest all ok and keep it up. I like to recommend Chandragiri Hills Resort and thanks for everything. Good view from room and the main thing is Sun Rise.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Naikap Village Resort in Kathmandu, Nepal, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The resort has undergone significant improvements, and it offers a breathtaking view of the stunning Kathmandu Valley from its newly renovated deluxe rooms. The service at Naikap Village Resort was exceptional and the staff members were incredibly friendly, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a delightful barbecue on the rooftop, accompanied by ice-cold beers served in frozen glasses. It was the perfect way to beat the heat on a hot day. The Nepali non-vegetarian thali that followed was simply exquisite, with its flavors and presentation leaving nothing to be desired. During our stay, I noticed that the resort was undergoing further development. I was excited to see a new conference hall being constructed, which indicated that Naikap Village Resort is committed to providing excellent facilities for corporate events and meetings. Additionally, I was intrigued by the sight of a camping area being set up. This expansion suggests that the resort is striving to cater to a wider range of guests and offer unique experiences. big hotel with ZERO staff. no service available. no one picks up the room service or house keeping hotlines. Reception is under staffed and they can not cater to all your needs. We booked the three bedroom apartment for one night and found a lot of dust in the whole apartment. Felt like they cleaned it a month ago and then forgot about it. Maybe this apartment does not get booked frequently but they should clean it regularly. No food can be ordered after 9pm. They have a night menu but that is not available now. No one informed us about this during check in. We ordered food from outside and asked for a few plates which they refused to give. They said they can not provide plates at this hour (10.30 pm)!! Its far away from Thamel so we thought we might get some rest but there is a party going on in the 2nd floor and we are on the 3rd floor. its horrible. There are thousands of pictures of the property on *********** and other places that shows exotic foods and cocktails. Photos of people enjoying on sky deck. But in real there is no one. It is completely deserted.

Hotel is in good location, staff was friendly who checked in us. I loved the room as they were quit big and comfortable, had an air conditioning in the room too. Shower facilities was good but could be better, plus point hot shower was available and bonus bath tub was available as well. Kettle was provided to us with drinking water, could be better if tea and coffee was available but staff was superb as they provided us with tea and coffee on request. Overall, it was excellent for me, in comparison to price, room sizes, location and friendliness of the staff. I even recommended my friend to stay as I was there.

We stayed 8 days in Kathmandu and felt very comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were nicely appointed and properly sized. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. All of the staff were kind and friendly and offed help for arranging anything we needed. Dipesh, their barista prepared delicious coffee each morning and made a recommendation for Ayurvedic massage nearby, helping with reservations. It was an amazing massage. In the evenings, Bijay, their bartender was able to make exceptional cocktails and served us so well. We would definitely return and stay again.

I am on the tail end of an 18-night stay at the Lakhey Hotel in Kathmandu, and I can honestly say that it has been WONDERFUL. I've gotten to know many of the staff, and they all are warm, friendly, and gracious. The hotel has only been open for a couple of months, and it is spotlessly clean, kept that way in part by one of the hardest working housekeepers, Sumitra, that I have ever seen. The staff head, Rajesh, and his assistants, Raj Kumar and Ram, who also multitask with cooking, greet me every morning with a warm welcoming. They all will make you feel like you are part of their family. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, off a busy street, and conveniently located near the touristy Thamel area. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, rather upscale, but very economical. The hotel does not have a restaurant but provides a GREAT breakfast that is way beyond what they call a ”continental breakfast” that one would get in America. Freshly cooked to each guest, it includes eggs however you like them (I loved the omelet!), freshly cut fruit, veggies, potatoes, toast with butter & jam, juice, & coffee or tea. And there is a restaurant right next door for other meals. I had never stayed at the Lakhey Hotel before, but I can highly recommend it, and I will surely return in the future.
