"As a traveler from faraway Brazil, when I first arrived in China, I fell into a physical predicament due to not getting acclimated to the local conditions. Severe vomiting and diarrhea left me completely drained of strength. In my flurry, my clothes and the bedspread were soiled as well. When I was at my most helpless, the young man at the front desk of Atour Hotel in Dezhou extended a helping hand. He not only accompanied me to the hospital attentively, helping me consult the doctor and get the medicine, but also silently took care of everything while I was seeking medical treatment. When I returned to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my dirty clothes had been washed and dried, and the bed sheets and covers had been replaced with clean and tidy new ones. All the staff members of the hotel have always provided warm and thoughtful service, showing care and offering help in subtle ways. This warmth that transcends national boundaries made me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were at home in a foreign land. I sincerely thank every staff member of Atour Hotel and give a thumbs-up for their attentive and professional service!"

"這次來德州選酒店經歷了一段小插曲。攜程上那些排名前幾的感覺都是“老牌豪華”，可照片看着都有些年頭了。後來小紅書上無意中刷到了這家，一查才知道是華住收購的德國品牌，決定試試看。 住進來才發現，這個城際酒店有點寶藏。整個酒店給我的感覺就是簡約不簡單，處處透着一股精緻勁。房間光線柔和，空間感很舒服，因為是25年才開業的酒店，設施很新很舒服。房間裏的拖鞋特別好，毛茸茸的踩地上不硌腳。馬桶雖然也不是什麼特別的進口牌子，但用起來那種舒適度甚至比一些日系都好。房間電視也是新系統，投屏聯網都很方便。 酒店的服務也剛剛好，服務員不多，但做得都挺到位的。電梯口放了免費取用的瓶裝水，如果你想出去隨手拿一瓶也方便。但如果回來晚，可能還得打電話送到房間。 早餐有點出乎我的預期，選擇特別豐富，居然還有鮮榨果汁，這一點特別加分。可惜我因為趕時間，沒辦法每一種都嘗一嘗。但是房間裏有掛耳咖啡和應該是精選的茶葉，品質都還挺好的。咖啡我直接把兩包都喝光了。 整體入住體驗特別好，我很滿意，性價比特別高，我甚至覺得比北京那些同價位的連鎖酒店都要好上不少。酒店位置離市中心比較近，開車十幾分鍾就到了。如果你是自駕的話，它離高速口也挺近的，一下來就是。 昨天我們還吃了金三的朝鮮麪、磊磊燒烤，看了消失的人。這次五一來德州玩挺開心的，還發現了這麼一家寶藏酒店。下次有機會來的話，我肯定還會再選擇城際的。 最後説幾個我認為可能是缺點的地方吧。 首先是早餐雖然看起來非常豐盛，但實際這些菜其實都有點涼了，比如説油條，沒有辦法做到現炸。就是很多備的就是比如説炒菜什麼的，也都涼了。我認為是主要原因，可能是這個菜肯定不是像那種非常大的酒店，它有很成熟的後廚，能現做現上。城際餐廳配的人員沒那麼多（成本各方面因素吧）。再加上保温系統可能效果也沒有那麼好，我覺得這個地方可以看看怎麼提升一下。 第二個就是我走的時候去了一下一樓的衞生間，發現那個衞生間很小，裡邊有抽煙的人，煙味還挺大的。我知道，比如説在德州相對就是不像北京、上海一線城市對吧？即便説這些城市衞生間抽煙的人也大有人在。但是我覺得酒店作為一個比較特殊的場所，還是儘量説能有人員管控一下還是比較好的。因為我覺得酒店其實相對來説還是一個能提供舒適住宿體驗的場所，即便是一樓的衞生間可能對外開放，人員流動性比較大，很難控制。但是我覺得還是要努力去控制一下，因為誰都不想吸二手煙。我覺得這個地方可以再提升一下。本質可能還是沒有辦法配備那麼多的清潔人員去做到干預。前台的服務人員，他們也有他們的工作。 在公共場合禁煙這個事情，尤其是徹底杜絕衞生間吸煙的情況，可能最好的辦法是在每個隔間頭上裝煙霧報警器，誰抽煙就直接噴水，看看誰還敢造次🙄"

"Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days."

"Hotel was a short ride from railway. Surprised by the beautiful , spacious room even though a little older. Very comfortable bed. And nice view. Too bad hot spring spa was not opened. Room service was good. Very relaxing stay. There’s a supermarket across the way, convenient."

"It is a good place to stay. You can roam around easily. There are shared ebikes right outside the hotel. Parks are nearby. Few minutes only to King of Sulu Tomb and other attractions. Foodstuffs and malls are just around this hotel. Clean and friendly staff. I will surely recommend this place."
