"在會澤以禮河大酒店連住了三天，必須給個真誠的評價。 先説硬件。設施很新，而且智能化程度高，智能窗簾、智能馬桶這些，整體入住體驗是舒服的。 重點説説服務。入住第一晚剛好遇到酒店有婚宴，一直有人唱歌到凌晨，聲音比較嘈雜，完全沒法入睡。當時挺鬧心的，抱着試試看的心態打了前台電話，前台經理小范反應很快，馬上出面協調處理，而且態度特別好，一直誠懇道歉，還專門送來了致歉水果和伴手禮，一再表達歉意。説實話，出門在外遇到問題難免，但關鍵是解決態度。以禮河的處理方式讓我覺得被重視了，不是敷衍了事，這種積極解決問題的態度，值得給個好評。 下次來會澤避暑，還會考慮住這裏。也推薦給來會澤玩的朋友們，硬件靠譜，服務也靠譜。👍"

"這個怎麼説呢 按照春節期間漲價 可能性價比不是最高 但住址離古城很近 離那個啥元寶橋也近 樓下小吃一條街 吃的很多 老闆人很不錯 特別是第二天推薦的那個早餐 還真的是讓人眼前一亮 古城裡麪 開車 7 分鐘 去的時候人暴多 不過確實很地道 很滿意 很意外 順便逛古城了"

"太吵了！隔音效果非常差，被安排在電梯間旁邊，凌晨三點入睡，四點多被吵醒，早上7點多又被吵醒，8到10點人來人往行李箱聲音巨大，根本睡不好！精神都快失常了！做夢在夢裡麪都在給前台打電話投訴的境界，本人屬於睡覺很沉的人都能被吵醒，可想而知有多差，以後不會考慮再入住了"

"非常好非常好，酒店鬧中取靜，位置好，環境漂亮，古色古香，房間超大，有兩個洗漱台，這個很贊，洗澡水很大，開龍頭即熱，非常滿意。工作人員態度好，和氣熱情。本來訂了三天，因為有事要提前退房，店家也是二話不説就同意了。總之很滿意，會澤因為這個酒店讓我感覺温暖。"

"總體來説，優點和缺點都比較明顯，優點:停車場車位很大。停車從容，有室內游泳池，在這個級別，這個價位的酒店中，幾乎是獨一檔，房間用的備品也十分齊全，服務員也非常熱心，特別是早餐廳的服務員，另外，酒店前台有整理周圍的小吃訊息，我認為非常有用 但是缺點我認為也十分明顯，酒店的泳池是和，健身房合作的，在暑假期間，有天亮的小孩在裏面游泳，人多到根本無法遊，是我見過人最密集的泳池，我去看了兩次，下午三四點，晚上8點，都是這個情況，從早到晚，不知泳池怎麼樣才能在這樣的情況下保持水質的乾淨和客人體驗，其次，酒店臨街，而且是主幹道，但酒店的窗户，雖然有利於通風，但是隔音效果非常的糟糕，一整晚接上有無數的車輛，經過聲音非常的明顯，我是個不太對噪音敏感的人，但是都覺得無法忍受，強烈建議酒店更換隔音窗户，另外，酒店的走廊不知道為什麼要用感應燈，坐電梯上來的時候，整個酒店走廊黑乎乎的，給人的感受十分的糟糕"
