After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

First time staying at this hotel. At first, it was quite hard to find the exact location to the hotel. There's some construction/renovation downstairs. You need to lookout for signboard to lead the way and lift to level 9. You would be surprise with the hotel lobby area once you're out the lift. Overall my room, king size bed, PANO view, free afternoon tea and warm sweet soup during my stay. Excellent service!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests. Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms. Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it. Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors) 林恩国际酒店大堂经理贺向利 He’s amazing, help us settled quite a number of things & is contactable via WeChat even when he’s not on duty.

Right across the road is Chun Xi pedestrian street just an overhead bridge away. Hotel is clean and modern and breakfast is a good spread. Only downside is that the hotel does not occupy the whole building so the lift is shared with other commercial levels so it gets packed during peak hours and takes awhile to get on. 4 washing machines/dryer (2 in 1) but they are a little small and dryer function takes at least an hour to fully dry the laundry so they are always fully occupied in the evening.

The location of the hotel is super good and convenient for me to go my favourite places that I want especially it is just located at Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chuxi Road subway station is also just less than 5 mins walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of the room has met my acceptable level👍. I also like the complimentary supper provided by the hotel to the guests as their porridge is really super nice!👍I will definitely stay this hotel again during my next visit to Chengdu🐼🐼!

Very clean hotel. Cleaning service was very good. Room was spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was excellent as well. Very near to Chunxi Road and lots of eateries and shopping streets around the hotel. The subway on Chunxi road was also nearby. Definitely recommended for families.

Saya memilih hotel ini untuk perjalanan saya ke Chengdu kali ini. Kakitangan di meja depan adalah baik dan baik Jalan Chunxi mudah dicapai Kereta bawah tanah dan bas terus ke Lapangan Terbang Tianfu juga mudah dicapai Stesen ini juga sangat dekat, dan terdapat banyak makanan ringan di belakang hotel melancong, dan nisbah harga/prestasi adalah sangat tinggi. Saya akan menginap di hotel ini lagi apabila saya melawat Chengdu!

Penyambut tetamu yang cantik Bilik di dalam bersih. Kami memilih bilik bebas rokok. Keseluruhan berbaloi Hotel ini bersebelahan dengan jalan raya dan boleh berjalan kaki ke bangunan ifs. Tidak jauh sangat untuk orang yang suka berjalan kaki. Anda boleh melakukan perjalanan dengan kereta bawah tanah dan mudah untuk pergi dari lapangan terbang dengan bas lapangan terbang. Bagi saya ia berbaloi.

Saya sangat berpuas hati! Jenis bilik yang anda pilih boleh melihat sungai, dan pemandangannya sangat cantik pada waktu siang dan malam! Terdapat balkoni, udaranya sangat baik, dan wanita di meja depan sangat lembut dan sopan! Sangat disyorkan! Rakan sekerja Rusia kami memberitahu saya bahawa ia lebih selesa daripada xgll di sebelah (bukannya tidak munasabah, bukan kami tidak boleh tinggal di xgll, ia lebih menjimatkan hahahaha sekarang saya lebih suka hotel ini dengan ***a mereka sendiri). . Rantaian antarabangsa terlalu membosankan di mana-mana. By the way, kat bawah ni ada pejabat pendaftaran nikah, zebra crossing, traffic light, lampu-lampu kat tepi sungai tu semua kemanisan cinta~ Hahahaha~ I love it so much! (Ini saya sekali lagi, kerana saya menempah dua bilik daripada dua jenis bilik yang berbeza. Saya secara peribadi mengesyorkan bilik paling dalam pada tahun 1315, yang mempunyai pemandangan balkoni yang lebih baik. Bilik tatami saya berada di 1309, tetapi pemandangannya juga cantik)
